| 中文摘要: | 热电联产集中供热企业通常具备供热区域广、管网复杂、热用户多等特点。易造成热力失衡,影响供热效果而造成能源的极大浪费,供热量与需热量难以在各点完全匹配,以往生产调度系统建设往往是哪里有问题对那个问题进行解决缺少整体的规划与思路。因此,供热控制系统迫切需要进行符合自身现状需求、能够带来直接的及潜在的效果、能够满足热网未来相当长一段时期发展趋势的生产调度系统。 论文首先分析了热电联产模式下生产调度中心系统建设项目的特点及其在以往建设过程中存在的一些问题,并对发现的这些类问题进行了统一的整理,为能够解决这类问题做好重要的交代。之后在已经得出相关分析的基础之上对生产调度中心建设项目进度的生命周期内具体各阶段进行了有效必要的分解,分别是在这个项目的理论论证与计划、实行与控制、验收与评估等等重要阶段制定了切合项目管理的思想的科学性管理手段,并且建立了有相关性的评价指标与体系,从而确定保证了生产调度中心建设项目进度中生命周期内的各个重要的阶段都是在可以控制的范围之内,从而使得这个项目整体的获得成功并利于总结工作经验以提供给其他生产调度中心建设进行参考。 在理论分析的成功观点基础之上,论文着重与实际事例相结合,利用天津市津安热电有限公司生产调度中心建设项目进度的具体真实事例论述了项目生命周期相关理论在生产调度中心建设项目中的实际应用,达到使用较为直观的研究效果来说明在生产调度中心建设中采取项目管理理论的必要性与重要性。 | |
