中文摘要：	风电项目的开发建设增速迅猛，作为国家鼓励发展的可再生能源，在目前全球能源战略发展的新形势下，结合美丽中国建设，发展清洁能源、可再生能源，风电建设无疑具有广阔的发展前景和巨大的市场空间，将会迎来风电事业发展的春天。风电的快速发展与其工程质量管理研究现状的相对缺失现象形成了不协调的局面，所以对风电项目进行质量管理分析研究势在必行。本文首先介绍了项目质量管理的概念、特点、基本原则及质量管理的主要内容，结合天津大神堂风电场完善工程项目的特点，探讨了该项目质量管理的方法，影响质量管理的因素。基于天津大神堂风电场完善工程项目的质量管理现状，采用持续改进的方法，根据工程项目具体情况制定合理的质量管理方案。在工程建设的实践过程中以质量管理方案作为工程建设的指导，通过检验工程实体的质量，反馈出质量管理方案的缺陷，更正质量管理存在缺陷的地方，再次应用到工程建设实施中去，这样一个循环提高的过程。并对这一方法从工程质量管理体系建设，工程质量控制方面进行全面探讨研究，总结出了天津大神堂风电场完善工程质量管理的研究结论，伴随着工程稳定投入运行也将表明了天津大神堂风电场完善工程项目质量管理方法的正确性和可行性，最后本文提出了风电场项目的经验教训及建议措施，为后续风电项目的开发建设提供了宝贵的依据。
英文摘要：	The rapid growth of the development and construction of wind power projects, as the State encourages the development of renewable energy, under the new situation of the development of global energy strategy, combined with the construction of a beautiful China, development of clean energy, renewable energy, wind power construction undoubtedly has broad prospects for development and the giant large market space, will usher in the development of wind power industry in the spring. In the practice of construction project quality management scheme for engineering construction guidance, through the test engineering entity quality and feedbacks the defects in the management of project quality, correct the defects in the quality management, again applied to the construction project implementation to. Such a cycle to improve the process.
