中文摘要:摘 要 随着知识经济的来临,企业的管理模式也要随之进行适应性转变,才能获得生存与发展的机会,而企业管理的信息化就是企业在知识经济时代发展的必由之路。可以说,未来企业想要获得比较性竞争优势,信息化是方向,而ERP系统的实施便是途径。企业信息化经历了简单计算机应用和业务流程软件化的初级阶段,现正逐步向复杂信息技术与企业变革相结合的高级阶段演变,ERP系统正好满足了企业的发展需求,越来越多的为广大企业家所认可,实施ERP项目也成为了一个企业信息化工作积累到一定程度上的必经之路,因而目前越来越多企业家已经认可并认识到了ERP的重要性。但是,ERP项目的实施与传统项目相比,具有投资大、回报周期长、涉及内容广、实施难度大和协调任务重的特点,因而具有很高的不确定性,同时也会由此衍生出许多风险。与此同时,由于T采油厂在文化和管理体制及财务制度上的特殊性,在实施过程中存在着大量不确定性因,同时作为垄断性能源企业,其项目实施多少会受到总部的政策、方针和战略的影响,因而如果在项目实施的全流程中不进行全面风险管理,对高危风险进行把控,就容易出现各种不可控的损失,更为严重的还会导致整个系统的瘫痪和供应的中断,从而导致整个项目的失败。因此,对企业实施ERP项目进行风险管理具有十分重要的现实意义。 本论文首先对风险管理、项目管理、ERP相关理论进行了回顾,接着对D油田T采油厂ERP项目实施的背景与必要性进行了阐述,继而对D油田T采油厂实施ERP项目的独特性进行了说明,并重点介绍了T采油厂的档案管理流程、设备管理业务流程、设备维修管理流程与设备选购管理流程,并在此基础上综应用德尔菲法对该公司实施的ERP项目风险进行了分析,对相应的风险影响因素赋予权重,最终给出了项目风险清单,随后按照风险矩阵法对风险进行了评价,给出了管理的先后顺序;最后结合D油田T采油厂信息化过程中实施ERP项目的实际情况制定了应对不同风险的具体措施,以便达到降低风险发生概率和损失额的目的,进而确保项目达到预定目标。 
英文摘要:Abstract An important symbol of knowledge-based economic society is the rapid expansion of informationization. As an important part of society, enterprises has played an increasingly important role. Enterprise informationization has experienced the primary stage which include simple computer applications and the software of business processes, gradually transforms to the advanced stage which complex information technology combine with enterprise reform .ERP system just meet the development needs of enterprise, approved by more and more entrepreneurs. Implementing the ERP project is the only route as the enterprise informationization accumulated to a certain level. Meanwhile the informationization projects, especially ERP projects, compared to traditional projects, has such features that with large investment, long period, involving extensive content, difficult to implement and arduous coordinated task . Therefore it has a higher innovation and risk. Because there are a large number of uncertain factors in the implementation process . Without effective comprehensive risk management, it is likely to present the passive situation that deviate from the intended target. More serious can cause the whole project's failure or even lead the enterprise fall into the quagmire and cannot extricate themselves. Finally unable to recover the prosperity and appear to the tragic result of die out. So carrying out comprehensive risk management is of great strategic significance and practical significance for enterprise implement the ERP project. This thesis first systematic research on risk and the risk management theory, project management and its theory, and some related theories on ERP project. Then it’s a synthetical elaborate on the development process of T Oil Production Plant informationization and the implement process of the integrated information management platform; following there is an analysis on the peculiarity of implement the ERP project in the T Oil Production Plant information-based process. On the basis of what we mentioned above, this thesis has done qualitative investigation on ERP project by literature analytical method and The Delphi Method, and provides a project risk list; subsequently the thesis classifies the project risk according to the three stages of project implementation, which are preparation, impelling implement and operating maintenance. It evaluates the risk in different stages by integrated application of the Delphi Method and Loss Expectation Method and lists out the sequence of management. Finally, combined with the practical situation in implementing the ERP project, the thesis formulates concrete measures to deal with different risk so as to reach the target of reduces risk occurrence probability and loss, which also insures the achievement of the scheduled goal.
