中文摘要：	摘 要 地缘性商会是指来自同一地区、在原籍地以外地区创业发展的若干企业主要投资人集体发起设立的，以地缘关系为基础，以乡情为纽带，不受行业限制，也较少受企业规模大小限制的同乡企业非营利性社会组织。它的主要特征有经济性、地缘性、类聚性、民间性，主要作用是服务会员、助力所在地经济、回乡反哺、带动社会公益事业。 伴随着中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制的建立，我国的地缘性商会发展迅猛，并在社会经济生活中发挥了越来越重要的作用，得到了社会各界的高度关注。但是我国商会的发展和治理过程中存在了很大不足之处，特别是关于中国地缘性商会发展模式的理论研究比较滞后，鲜有讨论。究其原因一方面是因为我国地缘性商会的发展起步较晚，发展水平还较低；另一方面由于理论界对地缘性商会的重视不足，对其地位和作用认识不足，尚未形成系统深入的理论知识。因此本文以湖南省河南商会为研究背景，对中国地缘性商会发展模式进行探索和研究。 参照论文研究的目的，本文研究内容可分为六个部分：第一章绪论，明确本文研究的背景和意义，阐述本文写作的结构、内容以及研究方法；第二章概述本文相关概念及相关理论，国内外对商会发展研究综述；第三章主要讲地缘性商会的特征和作用；第四章首先对湘、豫两地经济文化特征进行详述，接着对湖南省河南商会进行简单描述，然后对商会的发展优势及不足进行深入分析；第五章讨论了湖南省河南商会未来发展中模式的选择，并提出适合商会自身发展的对策和建议；第六章是结论和展望。目前商会需要通过市场竞争选出适合自己的发展模式，从长远来看，商会最终会选择介于英美模式和欧洲大陆模式之间的混合模式。本文根据商会发展的不足，给出了建立服务领先的发展模式、建立科学的治理机制、促进商会成员企业的发展与互动等几项商会发展的对策建议。 关键词：地缘性商会；发展模式；治理机制
英文摘要：	Abstract Regional chambers of commerce (Hereinafter referred to as RCCs) refers to non-profit social organizations co-founded by main investors from the same original region in the registration place and not bound by industries or scale of enterprises. The key features of RCCs are economy, geography, assemblage and civil in nature while its primary functions are servicing members, helping fuel the economy of the registration place, re-feeding their original region and promoting development of public welfare. With the establishment of socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics, RCCs develop rapidly and play an increasingly important role in social and economic life, which gets attention from all sectors of the society. However, there are inadequacies in the development and management of RCCs, especially that there is little talk about the theoretical study on the development model of RCCs. There are two reasons for this phenomenon. On the one hand, the development of RCCs has a relative later beginning and lower level. On the other hand, the theorists pay insufficient attention to status and role of RCCs and have not formed systematic and deep understanding. Therefore, this thesis, taking Henan Chamber of Commerce of Hunan (Hereinafter referred to as HCCH) as example, makes a study and exploration on the development model of Chinese RCCs. In accordance with the aim of this research topic, this thesis is divided into six chapters. The preface mainly introduces the background and significance of choosing the research topic, the structure, contents and methodology of the thesis. Chapter 2 generalizes concepts and theories related to this thesis and literature review about development of RCCs at home and abroad. Chapter 3 aims to analyze features and functions of RCCs. Chapter 4 details the economic and cultural characteristics of Hunan and Henan, briefly introduces HCCH and carries on a deep analysis on advantages and disadvantages of its development. Chapter 5 discusses choices of model in the future development of HCCH and puts forward countermeasures and proposals applicable to development of the chamber. The last part is the conclusion and prospects of the thesis. Currently, RCCs need to choose a development model right for them. In the long run, RCCs will finally select a model mixing British-American pattern and European pattern. The thesis, based on the disadvantages of development of RCCs, proposes some countermeasures and suggestions, e.g. building a development model emphasizing on services, establishing a scientific governance mechanism, promoting development and interaction between member enterprises of RCCs.
