中文摘要:摘 要 随着我国经济持续快速增长,社会发展对电力的需求越来越大,目前的经济形态下,电力设备制造业处于稳定增长时期,这对广大电力设备中小企业来说,是机遇也是挑战。 作者所从事河南四达电力设备股份有限公司,经过了八年的发展,成绩斐然,于今年进入上市准备期,但是伴随而来出现了一系列发展中的问题,老产品销售法力,新产品开发困难,产品更新周期长,更新速度慢;企业成本增加,利润下降;面对竞争对手的强烈攻势,疲于应对。 本文在总结了国内外关于企业成长战略的理论的基础上,深入分析了四达电力企业发展中产生的主要问题,主要围绕新老产品在新老市场的投放展开讨论,结合企业近几年来产品的销售情况,具体分析了新老产品在新老市场上的优势和劣势,得出企业成长方向,应该以什么样的成长方式发展。在技术,人才,市场方面如何外取,才能结合企业内部,是企业更好地发展。最后为了适应企业的成长战略的实施,企业内部的组织系统建设也要跟上企业的成长,时刻准备为企业的成长战略服务,同时也提出了企业成长战略的评估方式。 本文最后得出的结论可以为四达电力企业发展提供参考。 关键词:老产品;新产品;老市场;新市场;成长战略  
英文摘要:Abstract With China's rapid economic growth, social development demand for electricity is growing, the current economic shape, power equipment manufacturing is in a stable growth period, which the majority of electrical equipment SMEs, opportunities and challenges. Four authors in Henan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., after eight years of development, success, entered the market this year preparation period, but accompanied by the emergence of a series of development problems, the old magic product sales, new product development difficult, long product update cycle, the speed slow; increase business costs, falling profits; the face of strong offensive competitors, struggling to cope. This paper summarizes the basic theory of corporate growth strategy on domestic and foreign, in-depth analysis of the four main issues of electric power generated in the development of enterprises, mainly around the old and new products put on the market in the old and new discussions in recent years, combined with enterprise products sales, detailed analysis of the old and new products in the new and old market's strengths and weaknesses, come to business growth direction, what kind of growth should approach development. Technology, human resources, market Outsourcing how to combine enterprise, is better development of enterprises. Finally, in order to adapt to the implementation of the growth strategy of the enterprise, the organization within the enterprise system construction have to keep up the growth of enterprises, be ready for business growth strategy services, but also made an assessment of the way business growth strategy.
