中文摘要：	随着我国社会经济的不断发展，党中央在结合目前实际情况的基础上，提出了坚持以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观。科学发展观是新时期经济建设的指导思想，统领着各行各业健康有序的发展。作为文化产业重要组成部分的图书馆，只有在科学发展观的指引下，才能获得健康快速而可持续的发展，才能在推动社会文化发展、提高全民族文化水平以及填平信息鸿沟中发挥应有的作用。 本研究属于国家社科基金“图书馆事业发展中的科学发展观研究”项目的组成部分，该项目在全国范围内进行了当代图书馆员“快乐指数”的问卷调查。结合项目的前期成果，本文以科学发展观的理论和“以人为本”的理念为指导，结合相关理论与实证研究，探究公共图书馆员生活与职业的现实状况。从生活质量与工作满意度两个角度，具体测量公共图书馆职业群体生活与工作的满意程度。在此基础上，分析了公共图书馆员主观生活质量与工作满意度在性别、年龄、学历、职称、职务等因素上的差异程度及二者的关系。尝试从组织与个人、主观和客观等不同角度与层次来全面推动图书馆员群体的发展与进步。 在实证研究的基础上，本文立足“以人为本”的科学发展观思想，通过发掘公共图书馆从业人员生活与职业的现实水平，探讨如何提升图书馆员的生活质量水平与工作满意度来实现图书馆员的全面发展。在图书馆职业研究中，应当加强对图书馆从业人员的了解、关心与重视，认清图书馆员作为图书馆发展的主导作用与决定性力量。笔者希望通过本次研究，为图书馆中优秀人才流失、离职率高等问题提供解决途径，为公共图书馆界管理者提供理论与实证支持，为在图书馆事业发展中全面贯彻科学发展观的指导思想提供新的视角与思路。
英文摘要：	With the social and economic development, the Communist Party of China has put forward a human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept based on the fact of current situation. It is regarded as the guiding ideology of economic construction, and leads a healthy and orderly development of all walks of life. Under the instruction of scientific view of development, the library will get the chance to develop fast and continuablly, improve the development of social culture, raise the cultural level of the whole nation, and fill up “digital divide”. This study belongs to the Project of National Social Science Fund named “The Research of the Scientific Concept of Development in the Cause of Libraries”, which has finished a questionnaire survey of the happiness-index of contemporary librarians. This paper proposes a special study of employees in public libraries on living and professional situation. Based on the concept of scientific development and the thought of human-oriented, this article mainly discusses the situation and problems of the librarians’life and work by using relevant theories and methods. The author analyzes the librarians’life quality and job satisfaction, and also discusses the influencing factors such as gender, age, education, job title, and work position and so on. Some useful suggestions are discussed to improve librarians’career development. On the basis of empirical research, the paper focuses on “human-oriented” scientific concept of development, analyzes the librarians’living quality and job satisfaction, and puts forward some opinions on improving their life and work quality to achieve the all-round development of librarians. As the important force of the library development, the librarians should be understood, cared for and paid attention to in the studies of library occputation. The author tries to give useful suggestions for high turnover rate, provide theoretical and empirical support for the managers, and supply new ideas on the scientific concept of development in library development.
