| 中文摘要： | 上世纪八十年代，我国开始引入了企业管理信息系统,经过三十年多的发展,已经取得了很大提升。价格等因素影响了高端信息化系统在中小企业的应用。而后，随着信息化建设的普及，中小企业开始根据自身的实际需要，积极建设符合企业需求的信息化系统。然而国内传统商业零售企业总体而言信息化程度并不高，并且日益成为参与激烈市场竞争，及可持续发展的瓶颈。值得欣慰的是，很多企业已经意识到信息化系统或相关商业软件的短板，这些软件技术较为单一，子系统的对接契合程度存在问题，这些都亟需得到良好的解决，以更好地满足客户的需求。本文以ERP理论和技术整合理论作为理论依据,以NY公司的零售业务流程中ERP系统为研究对象，采用理论分析和案例研究相结合的定性研究方法，主要探讨企业信息化平台运营及优化方升级的问题。本文主要包括以下部分，首先，本文介绍了主要的理论基础和相关研究综述；其次，以NY公司为案例，介绍了该企业的基本情况，信息化平台的使用现状和存在问题，以及升级优化设想；接下来，详细论述了NY公司信息化平台优化的原则、具体方案、实施关键点等；再次，提出了NY企业ERP系统信息化平台优化方案的实施问题，包括财务管理、销售管理、采购与库存管理、及其他管理的整合应用；最后，论文得出相应的研究结论，肯定了ERP等系统的应用价值，呼吁企业重视各子系统或模块间的对接和匹配，以期达到更好的应用效果。 | |
| 英文摘要： | From 80s of last century, our country has introduced enterprise management information system and has great improvement. Some factors, such as price affect high-ende information system application in small and medium sized enterprise (SMEs). However, SMEs also focus on information system building and implementation. As for traditional commercial retail enterprise, information level is not so high and increasingly become barrier for fierce market competition. Good new is many companies have realized the weakness, such as software are monotonous, subsystem has fit problems et al., which should be deal with successfully and then meet customers’ needs. This paper takes ERP theory and technology integration theory as theoretical basis, and regards business process of NY Enterprise as research object, and utilizes both theoretical analysis and case study research method as well, in order to demonstrate improvement and upgradation of corporate information platform. At first, the paper introduces main theories and relevant literature. Secondly, it takes NY Enterprise as research case, and then introduces basic situation of the company and its information platform as well as related problems. Thirdly, it discusses improvement or upgradation project’s principle, program and essential components of implementation. Fourthly, it demonstrates the implementation situation of ERP system’s information platform improvement that is several management modules’ integration issue, such as financial management, sales management, procurement and inventory management and other management. Finally, the paper draws some useful conclusions, and supports ERP system’s application value. It advocates that companies should pay attention to integration and fit of individual system or module, and accordingly get better application effectiveness. | |
