中文摘要:摘 要最近十几年以来,互联网的快速发展与技术革新逐步改变了人们长期形成的传统生产和生活方式。而伴随着互联网的广泛普及,商业模式这一概念也逐渐兴起,一批又一批互联网企业随之应运而生,这些企业主要依托网络为基础进行产品研发与生产运营,通常被统称为互联网企业,而根据产品属性又可细分为:网络设备厂商、网络服务提供商、软件厂商等。管理界著名的大师彼得?德鲁克曾经说过:“当今企业之间的竞争,已经由产品之间的竞争过渡到商业模式之间的竞争。”为了更好的满足市场竞争与持续的变化需要、并突破发展过程中的自身瓶颈,这些互联网企业争相通过商业模式的不断创新来实现未来更好更可持续的发展。基于以上背景,本文特别以北京派网软件有限公司为研究对象,在借鉴了商业模式理论、企业战略管理理论、价值链与价值网理论的基础之上,首先运用Osterwalder的商业模式分析框架为依据,对北京派网软件有限公司现行的、针对不同行业及目标细分市场所使用的具体商业策略进行了较为详细的介绍,紧接着本文再以资源基础观理论为视角对北京派网软件有限公司整体的商业模式中所具备的创新点进行了深入细致的分析。然后,本文针对北京派网软件有限公司目前客观实际的运营现状,找出并定位了北京派网软件有限公司现存的几方面问题,具体包括公司治理体系不完善、业务规模偏小以及资本融资困难。最后针对这几个问题,并结合北京派网软件有限公司内外部环境做了针对性的SWOT分析后,最终从商业模式要素体系的几个维度给出了具体的商业模式改进建议。本文的创新点在于以资源基础观为视角,结合应用Osterwalder的商业模式分析框架,对北京派网软件有限公司这家小规模、轻资产互联网软件企业的商业模式进行深入分析。关键词:北京派网软件有限公司;商业模式;核心资源;资源基础观 
英文摘要:Abstract In recent years, the development of the Internet has changed people’s traditional production and life style. Along with the Internet popularization, the concept of business model also gradually rises, and lots of Internet companies set up. Those companies operate on the basis of the Internet, and can be divided into different groups of industry, such as the IT industry, e-commerce industry, software development industry, etc. Peter F.Drucker, the famous management guru, once said: "Today's competition between companies has been developed from product competition to business model’s competition." To meet the changing needs of the market and break companies’ development bottleneck, small and medium-sized Internet companies try to achieve better and more sustainable development of the future through business model innovation. Therefore, the paper takes Beijing Panabit Software Co.,Ltd. as the research object, using the business model theory , strategic management theory, value chain and value net theory for reference. At first, on the basis of business model analysis framework of Osterwalder, the paper introduces Panabit’s strategy in different target markets. Then in the perspective of resource-based view, the paper analyzes the company's overall business model innovation point. After that, the paper introduces the current operating situation of Panabit, and finds out several aspects of the existing problems of Panabit, including imperfect corporate governance system, lack of business scale and capital financing difficulties. Finally, combining with SWOT analysis,improvement suggestions are given from the dimensions of the business model elements system. The innovation point of this article is that it based on RBV and combined with the application of Osterwalder's business model analysis framework, to analyse the business model of Beijing Panabit Software Co.,Ltd.
