中文摘要：	本文由合资企业经营成败的原因分析入手，指出建设成功的合资企业文化是合资企业成功的根本所在。在研究目的上，本论文旨在从理论和实证两个角度总结和验证中外合资企业文化建设的思路、方法与路径。本文的研究意义上可以分为宏观和微观两个层面。研究方法上，本文首先采取洋葱图的理论分析方法，从企业文化、文化差异与管理冲突、合资企业文化融合到合资企业文化建设，进行层层梳理分析，揭示了文化差异引发管理冲突是合资企业管理的核心问题，中外不同文化有效融合创新是合资企业文化建设的主题内容，进而提出合资企业文化建设的基本需求是建设融合创新型的“合金”文化。论文的后半部分采用案例实证的分析方法，结合中法合资企业海湾索尔维企业文化建设的具体实践，从建设背景、建设过程、经验总结、未来建议对策等方面进行了实践探索和验证。 综合来看，本文通过合资企业建设理论分析和实践验证，在合资企业文化建设的总体思路和方法措施进行了系统思考和实践创新，并结合自己就职企业开展的实践进行了理论的丰富和完善，借用专家顾问项目咨询式文化建设的开展，获得了大量具有实践指导意义的文化建设落地理论总结和实践经验。论文作者希望能够在今后企业文化建设和落地实施的实践中能够进行更加有益的经验总结和实践探索，不断丰富和完善合资企业文化建设的理论体系，为合资企业的管理提升和跨越式发展做出应有的贡献。 关键词：企业文化；文化建设；合资企业；青岛海湾索尔维
英文摘要：	In this paper, through the analysis of the success and failure of the joint venture we point out that the construction of successful joint venture enterprise culture is essential to successful joint venture. In the objective of research, this thesis aims to summarize and verify the thinking, method and path of Sino foreign joint venture enterprise culture construction from the aspects of both theory and empirical.The significance of this research can be reflected on the aspects of macroscopic and onlookers.On the research method, this paper firstly takes the analysis method of onion diagram theory, from the corporate culture, cultural difference and conflict management, joint venture enterprise culture fusion to the construction of enterprise culture of joint venture, through layers of analysis, we reveal that the cultural differences caused by the conflict management is the core issue of science venture tube, Chinese and foreign effective integration of different culture is the theme and content innovation of the joint venture enterprise culture construction. The second part of the analysis by using empirical methods, combined with the concrete practice of Sino French joint venture Haiwan Solvay of enterprise culture construction, from the aspects of the construction background, construction process, experience summary and future countermeasures and suggestions we did practical explore and verification. Overall through the theoretical analysis and practical verification of joint venture construction, we did systematically thinking and practical innovation in the overall thought and method and measures of joint venture culture construction, and combined with the practice to enrich and perfect the theory, by the expert advisers project consulting type of culture construction development, bring the cultural construction a lot of practical guiding significance of the theoretical summary and practical experience of landing. The authors hope that in future the practice of enterprise culture construction and the implementation of the landing can explore more useful experience and practice, and constantly enrich and improve the theoretical system of the joint venture the construction, and make due contribution for joint venture of management improvement and development by leaps and bounds.
