中文摘要:随着社会需求层次的升级,为实现新的利润来源,一些传统电子制造企业积极进行产品挖掘,希望通过增加产品特色或服务特色来赢得持续的竞争优势。以电子产业中的机顶盒为例,机顶盒作为数字电视重要接受终端,依托现有的电视资源,来实现更多的功能,是合理的市场经济导向。然而一些机顶盒生产加工制造企业,由于受到经济利益的驱动,出现盲目多元化扩张的趋势,其中缺乏对电子产业发展战略的科学性和合理性的思考。本文选取深圳市凯利华电子有限公司(以下简称“凯利华”)的案例作为研究对象,首先对凯利华公司的发展历程、发展战略现状及存在的问题进行分析。然后,借助PEST模型、五力模型等理论工具,来分析宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境,为凯利华公司的发展寻找机遇和出路。最后,在对凯利华公司内外部环境进行判断的基础上,本文通过SWOT战略分析矩阵,对凯利华公司的整体发展战略做出选择,并对凯利华公司发展战略的实施制定措施。本文分五部分。第一章绪论,对本文的研究背景、意义、方法和内容进行介绍,同时电子产业的战略发展模式进行了理论综述。第二章分析了凯利华公司的案例背景,阐述了公司的发展历程,对公司发展战略的现状和存在的问题进行了分析。第三章,着眼于战略环境的分析,分析凯利华所处的宏观环境、行业环境、竞争环境,为发展战略的制定提供依据。第四章设计了凯利华的发展战略和实施措施。第五章是研究结论和展望,对本文的主要研究结论进行总结,分析研究的不足及进一步研究建议。本文研究的价值,在于帮助凯利华公司制定合适的发展战略,提高凯利华公司的竞争能力,实现进一步发展壮大。同时,对业内同行也具有参考意义。 
英文摘要:Along with the social needs level upgrade, to achieve a new source of profits, product actively mining some traditional electronic manufacturing enterprises, hoping to win sustainable competitive advantage through increased product characteristics and service characteristics. The set-top box in the electronics industry as an example, the digital TV set-top box as an important reception terminal, based on the existing TV resources, to realize more functions, is the market economy oriented rational. However, the set-top box manufacturing enterprises lack of electronic industry development strategy of scientific and rational thinking, due to the drive of economic interest, blind diversification and expansion problems. This paper selects Shenzhen kalif Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " kalif ") case as the study object, first of all, on the development process of China's development strategy's analysis of the current situation and problems. Then, by means of theoretical tools of PEST model, five forces model, to analyze the macro environment, industry environment and competitive environment, looking for the opportunity and way out for the development of China's companies. Finally, on the basis to judge kalif company internal and external environment, this article through the SWOT strategic analysis matrix, the choice of kalif, the company's overall development strategy, and the implementation of the development strategy of China's measures to kalif. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, the research background, significance, methods and content are introduced, at the same time, the strategic development mode of electronic industry was reviewed. The second chapter analyzes the background of the case kalif company, expounds the development situation of the company, the company's development strategy and the existing problems are analyzed. The third chapter, the analysis focuses on the strategic environment analysis, kalif, the macroscopic environment, industry environment, competition environment, provide the basis for the formulation of the strategy for the development of the. The fourth chapter designs the development strategy and implementation measures of kalif. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the research, the main conclusions of this study are summarized, suggestions on further research and analysis. The value of this research, is to help Chinese companies to develop appropriate development strategy of kalif, enhance company competition ability for further development. At the same time, also has the reference significance to the industry.
