中文摘要:近几年,我国国民经济飞速发展,为园林绿化行业带来了春天,一时间园林绿化行业百花齐放、争奇斗艳,市场竞争也就越来越激烈。XTT公司面对竞争,增强自身实力和发展能力已是现实提出的客观要求,如何规划这样一个转型战略成为一个刻不容缓的问题。本文首先对XTT公司的内部环境即企业现状进行研究,提出目前公司发展存在的问题,再对XTT公司的政策法律环境、经济环境、科学技术环境、社会文化环境等宏观因素用PEST法进行了外部宏观环境分析,介绍了我国园林绿化行业现状及发展趋势,依据波特五力模型对XTT公司现有行业竞争对手、供应商讨价还价、顾客讨价还价、潜在进入者、替代品替代能力等产业因素进行微观外部环境研究,最后,调查分析得出XTT公司转型的必要性、可能性和方向,从而提出XTT公司计划转型的转型战略规划,分别为建立战略联盟、打造全产业链、进入资本市场、“走出去”战略四个主要策略,规划了XTT公司转型的计划蓝图。从而制定战略实施目标,并针对战略规划的实施制订主要的具体实施措施,分别对应战略规划有四点:1.与中亿丰集团建立战略联盟;2.开展一体化经营管理;3.建立科学的融资方式;4.增强品牌效应开拓市场。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the rapid development of national economy in our country, for the landscaping industry has brought the spring. Market competition is increasingly fierce. XTT firm in the face of competition, to enhance their strength and development ability is the objective requirement of reality is put forward, how to plan such a transformation strategy is an urgent problem. This article first to the XTT company studies the present situation and problems of the internal environment of the enterprise, puts forward the existing problems in the development of the company, and then to the XTT company policy and law environment, economic environment, science and technology environment, macroeconomic factors such as social cultural environment with PEST method, analyzed the external macro environment, this paper introduces the present situation and development trend of landscaping industry of our country, on the basis of porter five models of XTT company existing industry competitors, suppliers, bargaining, customers, potential entrants, substitutes, bargaining ability to replace industry factors such as microscopic external environment study, in the end, investigation and analysis the necessity, possibility and the direction of XTT company transformation, and then puts forward the transformation of XTT company plans to transform strategic planning, respectively, in order to establish strategic alliance, makes the whole industry chain, access to capital markets, the strategy of "going out" of the four major strategies, planning the XTT turnaround plan blueprint. To formulate strategy implementation, and for the implementation of the strategic planning for the main concrete implementation measures, corresponding strategic planning has four: 1. Establish strategic alliance with the Zhong Yifeng group; 2. To carry out the integration management; 3. Establish scientific financing way; 4. Enhance the brand effect.
