| 中文摘要: | 近年来,伴随着中国经济的腾飞和改革开放的进一步深入,我国的信息咨询业也得到了较快的发展。目前,我国信息咨询业已成为第三产业中最具活力和前途的产业,成为推动市场经济繁荣不可或缺的一支重要力量。但就整体而言,我国的信息咨询业与国外相比,仍然存在着较大的差距,尤其是在人力资源开发和培养方面,尚未形成合理的可供借鉴的体系。这就在很大程度上造成了我国信息咨询业人力资源的不足,造成了信息咨询业人才竞争的劣势,从而影响了我国信息咨询业的发展。 论文通过采用文献调查法、比较研究法、案例分析法、访谈法等研究方法,对我国的信息咨询业人力资源开发进行了深入研究,并构建了我国信息咨询业人力资源开发体系。具体来讲,主要包括三大方面的内容:首先,论文在我国信息咨询业人力资源开发综述研究以及国内外人力资源开发现状的基础上,分析了我国信息咨询业人力资源开发的特点及其存在的问题;其次,在人力资源开发理论的指导下,在国外信息咨询业人力资源开发方式的启发下,构建了我国信息咨询业人力资源开发体系;再次,通过对具体案例的分析,分别从战略和战术两个角度提出了对我国信息咨询业人力资源开发的建议。 本论文主要有以下三个方面的创新点:一是从我国信息咨询业的发展现状出发,从人力资源开发的角度来重新审视信息咨询业,拓宽了信息咨询业的研究思路。二是构建了我国信息咨询业人力资源开发体系。该体系是以个人开发、学校开发、企业开发、国家开发为主要开发方式和途径,且包含着能力开发系统、环境系统、员工发展系统、人事管理系统这样四个系统的一个开发体系。三是从战略和战术两个角度提出了我国信息咨询业人力资源开发的发展措施与建议。希望该体系的构建以及建议的提出,能够为我国信息咨询业人力资源的开发与管理提供一定的理论借鉴意义,并为国内信息咨询业开发和管理人力资源带来一些启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, along with the developing of economic and the deepening of reform and opening-up of China, the information consulting industry has been developed rapidly in our country. At present, in our country, the information consulting industry has been the most dynamic and promising one in the tertiary industry, and an important force in promoting the prosperity of market economic. But on the whole, there is still a wide gap between home and abroad in the information consulting industry of China. Particularly in human resource training and development, the information consulting industry hasn’t formed any reasonable system of human resource development for conference. To a great extent, it contributed to the disadvantage in professionals’ competition of the information consulting industry of China, and resulted in the situation, in which there is a low rate of employment. Therefore, it affected the development of the information consulting Industry. In this thesis, through the use of literature research, comparative study, case study and interview analysis, the author makes in-depth study on human resource development of the information consulting industry of China, and constructs the system of human resource development in the information consulting industry. Specifically speaking, it mainly includes three aspects. First, based on the documents of human resource development of the information consulting industry home and abroad, the thesis sums up the characteristics of human resource development in the domestic and international information consulting industry. Second, under the guidance of the theory of human resource development and inspired by human resource development in the information consulting industry abroad, the author constructs the system of human resource development in the information consulting industry. Third, through the analysis of the specific case, the author puts forward some suggestions on human resource development of the information consulting industry of China from the strategic aspect and the tactical aspect respectively. In this thesis, the new points are as follows. First, based on the status of the information consulting industry, the thesis reviews the information consulting industry from the perspective of human resource development, which broadens the research outline. Second, the author constructs the system of human resource development in the information consulting industry. The human resource development system mainly concludes four kinds of development ways and four systems. They are personal development, school development, company development, the state development, the capacity development system, the human resource environment system, the workers and staffs development system, and the personnel management system. Third, the author puts forward some suggestions on human resource development of the information consulting industry of China from the strategic aspect and the tactical aspect respectively. We hope that the system and the suggestions can help human resource development in the information consulting industry of China to a certain extent. | |
