中文摘要：	作为我国物流产业中的重要组成部分，中小型物流企业在发展过程中，基于自身的业务起源，业务特色等，在我国物流的发展过程中面临着多重的机会与挑战。如何提升企业竞争力，在物流产业链中稳固自身的地位，与国家物流产业规划相一致，实现企业持续发展，是当前形势下中小型物流企业面临的重要问题。本文借用生物学中的共生理论、产业链理论、产业融合理论等相关理论作为研究的理论基础，将物流产业中的物流企业作为共生单元，探讨在物流产业集群中的共生模式、共生环境和共生界面，从一个全新的角度探讨、分析物流产业的运营模式，并以此为基础，提出中小物流产业发展的对策和建议。本文从我国物流企业发展现状研究开始，以天津XX物流企业作为研究对象，基于共生理论基础，研究物流产业的协调发展，从理论基础、研究框架、发展现状、共生分析、共生运营模式、对策等几个部分展开研究。对物流企业研究尤其是针对中小型物流企业竞争力研究提出了新视角。通过本研究希望能够对我国物流产业链中的物流企业尤其是中小型物流企业协调企业内部与外部共同发展，企业提升竞争力提供新思路。
英文摘要：	As an important part of logistics industry, the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises based on their origin, business characteristics, etc., in the process of the development of logistics in China is faced with multiple opportunities and challenges. How to improve enterprise competitiveness, position in the logistics industry chain, is consistent with the national logistics industry planning, and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise and is the important facing the current situation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. The article use the symbiosis theory in biology, the industrial chain theory, industrial convergence theory and other related theory as theoretical basis of research, logistics enterprises in the logistics industry as symbiotic units, discusses in the logistics industry cluster symbiosis mode, symbiosis environment and symbiosis interface, from a new perspective to explore and analyze the operation mode of the logistics industry, and on this basis, put forward the small and medium-sized logistics industry development countermeasure and the suggestion. In this paper, from the beginning of the logistics enterprises in our country development present situation research, XX logistics enterprise in Tianjin as the research object, based on the symbiosis theory, studies the coordinated development of the logistics industry, from the theoretical basis, research framework, development present situation, co-occurrence analysis, symbiotic development model and countermeasure study of several parts. Is the study of logistics enterprises, especially for small and medium-sized logistics enterprise competitiveness research put forward a new perspective. Through this study hopes to logistics industry chain in China logistics enterprises especially small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the coordination of internal and external common development, the enterprise more competitive with new ideas.
