中文摘要:江苏佳一教育集团公司是集线上教育、产品加盟、线下培训于一体的全国性课外教育综合服务机构,致力于为全国培训学校提供中小学生课外教育整体解决方案,客户主要面向全国二、三、四线的培训学校。 佳一教育集团围绕市场需求,建立了“研发、销售、管理、服务”一体化运营的模式。以22所直营实体培训中心为基地,深度研发教材体系、开发教学软件、打造教学模式。“动态教学法”已成为推动中国校外数学培训行业教学模式改革的核心力量。依据“动态数学教学法”研发的《佳一数学思维训练教程》已出版幼小衔接、小学、小升初、初中、中考多版本教材系列。以及教学质量监控软件、日常办公ERP管理系统,已经在全国进行广泛推广,目前,全国900多所合作学校遍布于中国大陆的各个省份。 本文基于本地课外辅导市场的竞争状态,结合相关的战略理论及本人的实际工作经验,通过对佳一教育集团宏观环境、行业环境与竞争对手分析,以及企业内部运营情况、公司内部优劣势辨别,并使用SWOT工具确定企业的发展战略,制定了适合佳一教育集团的创新驱动战略、规模化战略、国际化与战略联盟等本地发展战略,并通过人力资源战略及战略保障战略实施。 本文的论述主要是把自身工作经验结合到相关战略管理理论上,希望能为佳一教育集团在战略发展路线选择上提供一些思路,使得企业能巩固并进一步扩大市场份额,保持行业领先地位并寻求突破做大市场。本文可以帮助佳一教育集团了解国内课外辅导市场现状,结合该企业的内部优劣势,制定科学合理的发展战略。鉴于本文论述的是区域性战略制定,希望对其他区域性教育培训机构有一定的借鉴意义。
