中文摘要: | 北京文化硅谷在房地产行业发展已经30年了,以前的“拿好地、高周转模式”已经不可持续。北京文化硅谷在国家调整经济结构的大背景下,选择进入高科技文化领域发展,北京文化硅谷面临的是二次创业、项目管理升级转型,提升企业的核心竞争力、创造新的客户价值、打造高科技高附加值的文化产业园区的新课题。北京文化硅谷以两条发展主线来实现企业升级转型,一条是创建北京软实力科技发展有限公司,坚持社会效益优先的价值理念,研发“鼎九码”借助商业运作来解决社会诚信问题,全面构建商业生态体系,为消费者提供安全放心的消费环境。另一条主线是从事文化创意及相关服务产业投资及管理。本文研究如何建立项目导向型组织、项目管理模式与方法提升企业项目管理能力来保障企业成功升级转型,论文首先分析北京文化硅谷项目管理的升级转型的独特性,不确定性进行分析,并指出企业目前项目管理存在的问题;其次对北京文化硅谷项目管理的升级转型的模式与方法进行研究,最后探讨了项目管理的升级转型的实施保障措施,并得出本文的结论:北京文化硅谷建立组织项目管理成熟度模式、项目导向型组织,使用钻石框架模式、实验法等方法,研究项目管理作为企业升级转型的路径,实施科技文创产业规模化、多元化、国际化的发展战略,走出了一条“文化与科技融合、文化与环保融合、文化与金融融合“的发展新路。创出了独特定位、新兴业态、产学研用、产城融合的科技文化创意产业复合体模式使企业实现升级转型,突出红海重围,渐入蓝海佳境。 | |
英文摘要: | It has been 30 years for the development of the Culture of Beijing Silicon Valley in the real estate industry, and the previous "seizing good land, the high turnover mode"has been unsustainable. Under the background of the national economic structural adjustment, the Culture of Beijing Silicon Valley chooses to enter the high-tech development and cultural fields. It faces the new issues which are the second venture, project management's upgrading and transformation, the core competitiveness' enhancing of enterprises, new customer value's creating, and the building of high-tech and high value-added cultural industry parks. The Culture of Beijing Silicon Valley achieves business upgrading and transformation by two main development lines. One line is creating soft powerful science and technology development the companies. It should adhere the values of giving priority to social benefits, solve social integrity problems by business operations and developing "Ding nine code", build a business system comprehensively and provide a safe and secure environment for consumers. Another line is engaged in the cultural creativity and the investment and management of related services industry. This thesis studied how to build the project-oriented organization, project management mode and method to guarantee business upgrading and transformation successfully. Firstly, the thesis analyzed the uniqueness and uncertainty of upgrading and transformation of the Culture of Beijing Silicon Valley project management. Beside, it pointed out the current project management problems of enterprise. Secondly, the thesis studied the mode and method of upgrading and transformation of project management. Finally, the thesis discussed the implementation of safeguard measures of the upgrading and transformation of project management, and arrival at a conclusion. Conclusions in this thesis are as follows: the Culture of Beijing Silicon Valley walked out of a new development road which is the integration of culture and technology, culture and environment, culture and finance by establishing organizational project management maturity model and project-oriented organization, using diamond model, experiments and other methods, implementing the development strategy to make technology culture and creative industries scaling up, diversification and internationalization. Enabling enterprises to achieve upgrading and transformation, highlight the siege of red ocean , get into the heaven of blue ocean, the Culture of Beijing Silicon Valley creates a scientific, cultural and creativity industries complex model which is unique positioning, new industry, the using of research, the integration of the city's scientific and production. | |
