中文摘要:作为电子产品中最基础的重要零部件之一,集成电路在国家科技进步的进程中,扮演着重要的角色。中国作为“世界工厂”,以低成本吸引了全球电子制造商的目光。在中国政府的大力支持下,电子信息以及装备等产业发展迅猛,这在一定程度上推动了包含集成电路产业在内的行业各个领域突飞猛进的发展。 单纯的一手买卖已经难以迎合产业内部供应链的需求。同行竞争、客户施压,令本来就微乎其微的利润雪上加霜。因此,集成电路分销商面临着巨大的挑战,如何从供应链中“商人”的角色向“价值创造者”的角色转变,从而在未来愈来愈激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,立于不败之地。 本文所选择探讨的T公司属于初创型分销商,该公司自成立以来,利用其既有渠道和人脉优势,整体经营尚属稳健,但由于公司规模并不大,整体资源相对比较有限,面对企业变革时遇到一些实际问题。为了给该类型公司找出一条适合其发展的竞争策略,本文首先分析了相关背景,研究了集成电路相关概念及战略理论,运用“五力分析”剖析了集成电路行业的整体环境的基础上,提出了集成电路分销企业未来发展策略,并运用案例进一步验证了该策略,同时提出未来优化发展的方向及策略。  
英文摘要:Integrated Circuit is not only one of the most important parts of electronics device and equipment, but also plays the important role in the information technology industry. As one of the new low cost zone, China became the workshop of the world. So, worldwide electronics manufacturers move facilities to China. Meanwhile, Chinese government gives big support to information technology industry, with the rapid development of supply chain, many distributors participate into industry actively. However, with more and more competitions from the industry, traditional trade have been unable to meet the demand of the upstream and downstream in the supply chain. Trade competition and the client's extrusion leave very little profit to the integrated circuit distributors. So this paper puts forward the questions thathow can integrated circuit distributors change from "traditional traders" to "value creators" and how to better face and stand out from the future competition. T company is a start-up integrated circuit distributor, which develops step by step. In order to help T company make reform and find out a proper development strategy against the competitions with the limited resources, this paperdid a analyze on the distribution market. At first, the paper analyzes the background, the relevant concepts of integrated circuits and strategic theory; then based on the "Porter's five forces", the overall environment of the integrated circuit industry, this paper puts forward the future development strategy for the integrated circuit distribution enterprise; after validate the strategy, finally puts forward a optimizing direction and strategy for development in the future.
