| 中文摘要: | 随着信息技术的快速发展,云技术的应用也越来越多,但是对于电信运营商来讲,基于云计算的服务和竞争也日益激烈。如何维持其行业内的竞争优势,构建完善企业的云计算发展战略已经成为企业关注的重点问题。 本文的研究就是基于这样的研究背景,以中国电信广州分公司云计算中心建设为具体的研究对象,对电信广州分公司云计算中心发展战略问题进行了研究。在对本文的研究过程中,首先针对企业战略理论以及云计算的相关理论进行了研究,限定了本文的研究范围,并且重点对广州电信分公司云计算中心建设的现状以及存在的问题进行了分析,利用SWOT分析方法详细的分析了广州电信分公司云计算中心建设过程中所面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。并且针对企业所面临的外部环境进行了讨论,通过PEST分析的方法详细的分析了当前我国云计算发展的条件和宏观环境。并且依据当前的发展趋势,提出了针对性的广州电信分公司云计算中心发展战略具体措施。强调应该进一步明确核心技术产品,建立以技术创新为导向的组织架构,并且建立技术人才的引进与培养机制,完善售后服务体系以及绘制云计算产品技术路径图等具体战略措施。 通过本文的研究,不仅帮助广州电信分公司认清自身的特点和所处的云计算行业环境,同时也为广州电信分公司云计算中心的发展战略决策提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of information technology, cloud technology applied in more and more industries, however, to Telecom providers, they are facing much higher competition than before. How to maintain their competitive edge within this industry? Building up the cloud computing strategy has been identified as the key initiative in these enterprises. This study is based on such background, I select Guangzhou Telecom Cloud Computing Center as the research target, studied their development strategy. During the research, firstly, I studied strategic theory and the theory of cloud computing as the study scope of this paper. Secondly I analyzed Cloud Computing center’s existing status and problems, using SWOT method analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and Threaten of the Cloud Computing Center, in addition, used PEST analysis method to analyze the current development of China's cloud conditions and macroeconomic environment. Finally, according to the current situation, I brought up the detail proposal of development strategy of Cloud Computing Center: Concentrate on core products; build up the innovation oriented organization; Build up the method of talent hiring and development; Continue to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction; Generate the cloud products development roadmap. Through this study, not only to help the Cloud Computing Center to recognize their own characteristics and the environment, but also to provide a reference for the development of a strategic decision of Cloud Computing Center. | |
