| 中文摘要: | 企业战略是企业为适应未来环境的变化和市场竞争规律,寻求一种既能实现既定目标,又能使企业长期、稳定、快速发展的具体对策。实现企业战略管理,是指导企业完善制度、增强实力,提高效益,实现可持续发展的根本。 2001年改制成立的天津市建工集团(控股)有限公司是本市最大的国有(控股)以建筑施工为主业的企业集团,是资产与生产混合经营的资金、技术和管理密集的国有大型控股集团,其经济效益和社会效益在本市同行业中居领先地位。作为国有建筑企业,面对市场和行业整体发展的新需求,要想在激烈的建筑市场竞争中立足并脱颖而出,获得持续稳定的发展,就要准确分析企业外部市场竞争环境和内部自身特性,制定切实可行的发展战略,不断开拓市场,提高企业的核心竞争力,为集团公司创造更大的经济和社会价值。面对新的挑战和机遇,天津建工集团不断持续推进经营机制和管理体制优化,通过深层次的思考,作出正确的抉择。 首先,本文对建筑企业的经营环境进行了分析,用SWOT方法对天津建工集团进行分析,对企业战略管理理论作了介绍。在此基础上,本文应用战略管理理论,对建工集团所面临的市场环境以及宏观环境做了较为系统的分析,并且结合企业现状,提出建筑企业战略发展目标,进行发展方式的创新,逐步实现整体发展战略。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Enterprise strategy is a Specific measures that let the enterprise to be adapt to future environmental changes and market competition which could make the enterprise not only achieve the established objectives but also could make a long-term, stable,rapid development. The realization of enterprise strategy management is the foundation of a enterprises to improve the system, to enhance power, to improve efficiency, achieve sustainable development. Tianjin City Construction Group (holding) Co. Ltd set up in 2001 is the largest state-owned (Holdings) enterprise group in the construction industry in Tianjin, and a large state-owned holding group mixed investment and production which get a leading position by its power of fund management and technology. The economic and social benefits of the enterprise leads the same trade in this city as well. As a state-owned construction enterprises, in order to be outstanding in the fierce market of building with the new requirements of the overall development of the industry, it is necessary to accurately analyze the competition environment and the internal characteristics of enterprise to enhance the core competitiveness, to earn higher economic and social benefits for the company. Facing the new challenges and opportunities, Tianjin Construction Engineering Group must continues to promote the management mechanism and management system optimization to make the right choice. First of all, this thesis analyzed the operating environment of construction enterprises, analyzed Tianjin City Construction Group (holding) Co. Ltd by the method of SWOT. On this basis, make a systemic analyze of the market and macro environment using the theory of strategic management,combine with enterprise’s current situation, set a new development target of building the enterprise strategy, innovation and development mode, and gradually achieve the final development strategy. | |
