中文摘要：	随着我国经济的持续稳步发展和城镇居民生活水平的不断提高，水污染问题已经成为人们所关注的焦点。环保产业的产生为治理水污染注入了新的活力，为我国经济的可持续发展赋予了新的方式。环保公司的兴起成为了污水治理的主体，据统计，截止到2011年底，全国污水处理率已经达到82.6%，“十二五”规划以来，全国村镇污水治理已提升10%。虽然情况大有所改善，但是仍有许多工业和生活污水未经任何处理就排放出去，尤其是村镇污水治理情况不容乐观。本文对商业模式理论进行了梳理,在这个基础上,探讨了污水处理厂的商业模式，重点介绍了上海原典环保科技有限公司的企业发展沿革特及其核心产品，分析了该环保公司在发展过程中遇到的困难，对其商业模式进行了深入探讨，综合运用多种手段推动该环保公司的发展，构建企业新的发展模式。同时本文通过对上海原典环保公司这样的中小型污水处理环保企业发展模式构建方面的管窥,试图为其他中小型环保企业的快速发展能起到一定的借鉴作用，使其更好地在我国经济转型中发挥作用。
英文摘要：	With the sustained and steady development of China's economy and the improvement of urban living standards, water pollution problems have become the focus of attention. The generating of Environmental Protection Industry injects new vitality for water pollution governance and gives a new way to the sustainable development of China's economy. The rise of environmental companies has become the main part of sewage treatment, according to statistics, as of the end of 2011, the national sewage treatment rate has reached 82.6%, since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the country town sewage treatment has been upgraded by 10%. Although the situation has improved greatly, there are still many industrial and domestic sewage discharged without any treatment especially in villages and small towns, sewage treatment situation is not optimistic. Through the card of theory of the business model, on this basis, this paper explores the business model of sewage treatment plant, focusing on the business of the original Code of Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai Development especially its core product, the analysis of the environmental company in the development process the difficulties encountered in its business model in-depth discussions, the integrated use of various means to promote the development of environmentally friendly company, to build a new model of development companies. By the same time, waste water treatment and environmental protection for small and medium enterprise development model like Shanghai Texts Glimpse environmental aspects of the company to build an attempt to rapid development of other small and medium enterprises and environmental protection can play a role in learning, to make it better in our economic transformation play a role.
