| 中文摘要: | 在水污染事件频发的今天,净水市场吸足了社会的目光,呈现出高速增长,平均增速为38.6%,吸引着国内外众多品牌纷纷进入市场。同时,国家对净水项目的扶持和投资力度进一步增加。面对这个契机,净水企业必须加快关键技术的突破和产业化进程,以抢占先机,提升企业的竞争能力,实现快速可持续发展。 在此背景下,本文以天津远大净水公司为研究对象,应用经济学理论、战略管理学理论和模型,结合定性和定量的矩阵分析方法,对远大净水公司的战略进行了分析、选择和制定。本文主要包括两个部分。第一部分由前两章构成,主要阐述了战略研究的意义、背景、相关行业动态和公司战略管理理论。第二部分以该企业的现实情形为基础,在第三章利用PEST分析法对远大净水公司的外部宏观环境进行了研究分析,应用波特五力模型对远大净水公司的竞争环境进行了探讨,结合两者分析结果,采用外部因素评价矩阵(EFE矩阵)对外部因素进行了总结。随后在第四章介绍了远大净水公司内部现有资源,对公司的生产、营销、科研、财务和应变能力进行了分析,利用内部因素评价矩阵(IFE矩阵)对内部因素进行了归纳。在第五章通过SWOT分析法对公司面临的机遇与挑战,优势与劣势进行了分析评定,并利用QSPM矩阵对得出的几个不同战略进行分析抉择。基于分析结论,得出了远大净水公司的战略,即采取“研发新型产品,提高生产能力和质量,形成产品产业链”为主和“与技术互补、资金充裕的企业进行多方面合作”为辅的战略。在文章最后给出了详细的战略行动计划。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the period of pollution events that occur frequently, water purifier market has attracted the attention of social groups. The average growth rate of water purification product sales is 38.6%, which attracts many domestic and foreign brands to enter the market. Meanwhile, the state's support and investment on the water project further increase. Faced with this opportunity, water companies must accelerate breakthroughs in key technologies and industrialization process, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the rapid and sustainable development. Under this background,this thesis uses Tianjin YUNDA Filter Corporation as an example for its case study and makes analysis, study, summarize and updating of the strategic management process of YUNDA Filter Corporation, by means of applying theories and methods of strategy management, economics theories and models, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis. The thesis is composed of two parts.the first 2 chapters make up the first part. The first part introduces the meaning of enterprise strategies, background, related news and strategic management theory. The following part explores the ways and means of strategy management based on the enterprise. In the chapter 3, the author applies also the PEST method to analyze the external environment of the enterprise and analysis of competitors of the YUNDA Filter Corporation by using the five competition modes of Porter's theory. Combination of the two results, the author summarizes the external factors using the method of EFE matrix. In the chapter 4 and 5, the author analyzes the internal environment of the enterprise, including of resources, capabilities and organization structure, and summarizes the internal factors using the method of IFE matrix. Then the thesis analyzes the opportunities & threats and the strengths & weaknesses by using SWOT analysis tool. Based on the analysis conclusions, the thesis raises the corporate strategy of Tianjin YUNDA Filter Corporation in the future development by using QSPM matrix. In conclusion, the main strategy is "the development of new products, improve production capacity and quality, form the product chain" and the supporting strategies is cooperation with the enterprises which has sufficient capital and advanced technology. The article gives a detailed strategic plan of action in the last two chapters. | |
