中文摘要：	我国对于城市承载力的研究处于初始阶段，各种理论和观念层出不穷且未有一个较为完善的体系进行支持，有许多纷繁复杂的问题需要面对，随着东丽区经济的快速提升，城市化水平的不断提高，如何使城市整体规划与资源、环境相适应，如何使城市承载力赶上经济发展的步伐等问题，都迫切需要结合实际从理论上做出具体分析。 研究课题的最终目的是通过了解掌握分析东丽区现有城市承载力的有关情况，做出相应的模型进行研究,探索出一条产城融合、产城互促的发展道路,本文旨在基于研究东丽区城市承载力进一步明确产城融合路径和方法。 本文结合东丽区的发展现状，从土地承载力、水资源承载力和交通承载力、环境承载力进行综合分析，构建评价指标体系，选取调查问卷的办法，对各指标采用赋予均值的方式，计算得出2009—2013年东丽区城市承载力水平大致成不断提升的态势，分析影响东丽区城市承载力水平的因素和问题，然后从土地、水资源、交通资源、环境资源四个方面提出了提升承载力的对策，引出产城融合的概念并予以阐述，最终提出走产城融合道路的对策意见。
英文摘要：	For the study of urban capacity is at an initial stage, a variety of theories and ideas appear and did not have a more perfect system for support, there are many complex issues to face, with the rapid increase in Dongli District economy, urbanization increasing levels, how to make the city overall planning and resources to adapt to the environment, how to make urban capacity to catch up with the pace of economic development and other issues, have an urgent need to make a detailed analysis of the actual theory. The ultimate goal of research is to understand the analysis of the situation by Dongli District of existing urban capacity, and make the appropriate model to study, to explore a production integration of the city, the city promoted by development road capacity, this paper aims based on Dongli District urban capacity production integration of the city to further clarify the path and methods. In this paper, combined with the current situation of the development of Dongli District, from the land carrying capacity, water resources carrying capacity and traffic capacity, environmental carrying capacity comprehensive analysis, establishes the evaluation index system, selects the questionnaire way, for each index by giving the mean way, calculated 2009 - city of Dongli District in 2013 the horizontal bearing capacity of approximately rising situation, analysis the influencing factors and stress level of City District of Dongli bearing, then from four aspects of land, water resources, transportation resources, environmental resources and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the bearing capacity, the concept of production city fusion and discussed, finally proposes the countermeasure advice go production city fusion road.
