| 中文摘要: | 摘 要在当今经济全球化的背景下,我国的科学技术有了极速的发展,综合布线市场呈现一片繁荣景象。众多国外综合布线品牌以及跨国企业纷纷进入中国,抢夺市场份额,而国内布线厂家也不断发展,树立品牌推陈出新迎接挑战。随着国内市场经济环境的不断完善,综合布线企业之间竞争的不断加剧,企业的外部环境越来越复杂、变化也更频繁,同时企业的相关决策者对综合布线的选用的需求越来越主动。在这样的背景下,综合布线企业需要对企业的竞争战略重新审视,采用新的竞争战略管理理论和方法谋划企业的发展方向,使企业在市场竞争中确立优势,不断发展壮大。本论文首先对国内外相关企业战略管理理论进行了回顾,包括产业环境理论和竞争战略理论;其次运用PEST法对西门讯通公司面临的外部环境进行了分析,以及运用波特五力模型对西门讯通公司面临的行业环境进行了分析,在掌握了翔实的第二手资料的基础上,总结和归纳了西门讯通公司的资源和能力条件状况。再次,论文基于战略资源理论和公司内外部环境分析,对西门讯通公司的战略资源从业务性和基础性两方面进行了识别,识别出西门讯通公司提升企业竞争力的战略性资源;最后,论文从产品,技术,市场,人力,管理,品牌六大方面提出了西门讯通公司战略资源的开发策略。本文的研究为西门讯通公司实现可持续发展提供了战略方向,提升了企业核心竞争能力,完善和丰富了综合布线行业竞争战略的研究领域,同时对我国其他综合布线企业的竞争战略研究也具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In today's global?context,?China's information technologyindustry?has?make a spurt of progress?of development,?integrated wiring?market?boom.Many multinational companies,?foreign brands have entered the?Chinese,grab market share, but the domestic?manufacturers are also?not resigned to playing second fiddle,?establish brandbring forth the new through the old?to meet the challenges. With the domestic market economic environment?continues to improve,?the competition between the?integrated wiring?enterprises?increased,?the external environment of enterprises?more and more complex,?change?more frequently, at the same time?needs to adopt the?integrated wiring?related?decision-makers?increasingly active. In this context,?integrated wiring?enterprises need to?enterprise's competition strategy?review, The?new competitive?strategy management theory and method to?plan?the development direction of enterprises,?make enterprises?establish?the competition advantage in the market and?continuous development.
