中文摘要：	背景信息是电子文件管理的基础，同时也是数字档案元数据的主要信息来源。背景信息自身理论建设及其管理模式的完善程度影响着电子文件价值的实现和实践工作的顺利开展。随着信息时代的到来，电子文件背景信息管理正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。因此，需要对其理论和实践进行全方位的深入研究。 本文的探讨由五个部分组成： 第一部分绪论，主要论述选题背景、电子文件背景信息研究的理论和实践意义、相关中英文文献的综合分析，明确本文研究的内容、方法和创新点。 第二部分为基础理论研究。从电子文件和背景信息的概念入手，在国内外现有研究成果的基础上，分别探讨电子文件背景信息管理的内涵、外延、性质、种类、价值、功能以及电子文件背景信息同纸质文件背景信息的异同。 第三部分分析背景信息与元数据的异同。对二者的含义、结构、形态、功能从理论研究和实践操作角度进行比较，揭示其区别与联系。 第四部分探讨电子文件背景信息管理的理论基础和原则，提出基于电子文件管理流程的背景信息管理模式，扼要论述电子文件背景信息管理的技术需求。 第五部分为全文论述的总结，指出本文有待进一步研究的两个问题。
英文摘要：	Context information is the foundation of the electronic record management at the same time, is the main message source of the digital archive’s metadata. Electronic record context information's own theory construction and completion intensity of management mode influence the electronic record’s realization and smooth development that practice work of value. Along with information age's arrival, the electronic record context information management is facing the unprecedented opportunity and challenge. Therefore, we need to carry on omni-directional deep research on its theory and practice. This discussion is composed of five parts: The first part is mainly expounded the selected topic background and significance as well as the correlation Chinese and English paper, summarized the electronic record context information’s theory research and practice significance separately from the different angle. And it summarized the research content, method and the innovation points also. The second part belongs to the basic study It begins with the electronic record and the context information's concept. On the domestic and foreign existing research results' foundation, the analysis has discussed the electronic record context information’s connotation, extension, nature, type, value and function as well as the electronic record context information with the paper record context information’s difference. The third part is mainly about the contrastive analysis of similarities and differences between context information and metadata. Comparing the meaning, structure, function of two, found the close, similarity and difference of the two concept in the fundamental research and the practice operation. The fourth part regards the electronic record context information management's rationale and principle as well as the application technology has carried on the brief deliberation, proposed that in electron record management's each step, concrete realizes the context information management pattern frame. The fifth part is for the full text elaboration's summary. The author will figure out the unsolved problem at the end of the thesis.
