| 中文摘要: | 随着社会、经济发展水平的提升,智慧城市、智能交通成为世界城市化发展方向。智能交通、尤其作为现代服务业新兴领域的车联网,因涉及产业领域众多、产业带动作用强而倍受关注。如何建立车联网有效商业模式是推动产业发展非常重要的内容。目前,车联网已被列为国家“十二五”期间的重点项目,“车联网服务”作为车联网概念的落地,其发展前景更是被普遍看好,研究“车联网”商业模式的选题,有一定的现实意义。本文通过对商业模式理论的总结分析,从价值链角度,结合车联网企业现状,将车联网的模式分为四大类:车厂模式、系统平台模式、运营商模式和应用服务模式。通过对典型案例的分析,研究现行车联网价值链中各种商业模式的逻辑、优势、面临的问题和未来可能的发展方向。通过对技术、社会环境的研究,分析我国车联网产业发展的制约因素和积极因素。从生产方式进步的角度论证了车联网产生的内在逻辑及其本质。由此得出未来颠覆性的商业模式有几个核心:重新定义产品、重新定义客户关系、重新定义生产、重新定义重大战略方式。在此基础上对未来车联网的发展方向和商业模式进行了展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the upgrading of the level of social and economic development, smart city, intelligent transportation become the world's urban development. Intelligent transportation, especially in the emerging field of modern service industry as a vehicle for networking, involving many industries, a strong and leading role in the industry much attention. How to build an effective business model car networking to promote industrial development is very important content. Currently, the car has been listed as national key networking project "Twelve Five" period, "car networking services" as a networking concept car floor, and its prospects are generally more optimistic about the research topic "car networking" business model , there are certain practical significance. This paper summarizes the theoretical analysis of the business model, drawing Wei Wei and Zhu De Xiang research about finding a business model from the perspective of the value chain, combined with vehicle networking enterprise status, the car networking mode is divided into four categories: hardware mode, the system mode, communication mode, application mode. Telematics value chain corresponding to four different business models: Depot mode, the system platform model, operators and application service mode mode. Through the typical case analysis, research existing vehicle networking value chain logic of various business models, advantages, problems faced and possible future direction of development. Through the study of technical, social environment, analyze constraints the development of China's car industry networking and positive factors. From the production point of view of progress demonstrates the inherent logic and essence of car networking generated. It follows that the future of disruptive business model has several core: Redefining products, redefining customer relationships, redefining production, a major strategic redefining the way. On the basis of the future development direction of the car networking and business model are discussed. | |
