| 中文摘要: | BNBM集团作为中国石膏板行业的领军企业,在项目建设管理中形成了自己的特色,并在建设项目集成管理方面积累了经验。本文从项目集成管理相关理论与BNBM集团石膏板建设项目集成管理的实践出发,在介绍项目集成管理基理、特征、应用和主要方法的基础上,剖析了BNBM集团石膏板项目管理的独特性和存在的问题。从项目成本、时间的两要素集成管理出发,通过采用挣值管理在LHF实证案例,验证了挣值管理方法的可行性。 通过对BNBM集团石膏板建设项目的四要素集成管理的研究,分析了BNBM集团石膏板建设项目的四要素集成管理的必要性和可行性,提出BNBM集团引用四要素集成管理,并对四要素集成管理模型的建立及应用进行了论述。在结论和展望部分,作者总结了本研究的主要结论与创新点,并进一步提出本研究的不足及后续研究建议。本文的主要研究成果和创新点如下: 1.研究给出了BNBM集团石膏板建设项目的独特性 通过三个阵营的分析对比,找出了BNBM集团石膏板建设项目管理技术独特性和管理独特性。 2.研究给出了BNBM集团石膏板建设项目管理实践中的挣值管理应用 按照项目成本与时间的配置关系进行集成管理,通过挣值管理与分析在实证案例LHF项目的实际应用,帮助管理者及时发现实施过程中潜在的威胁。 3. 研究给出了 BNBM集团石膏板建设核心目标及辅助目标进行集成管理 从解决BNBM集团项目管理中存在的问题出发,采用多模型相结合的控制方法,对项目核心目标及辅助目标进行集成,从而构建了四要素的控制管理体系。 总之,本文对我国石膏板建设项目管理分析的基础上,提出了BNBM集团石膏板建设项目管理的独特性,并运用挣值管理和四要素集成管理方法,取得了BNBM集团石膏板建设项目实际应用的研究成果,为BNBM集团石膏板建设项目管理引用上述理论方法提供了充分的依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | BNBM Group, as a leading enterprise in Chinese gypsum board industry, establishes gradually its own characteristics and accumulates plenty of experiences on Integration Management of construction project in the years of project management practices for gypsum board production line. This thesis starts from relevant theory of Project Integration Management and practices of BNBM Group gypsum board production line (hereinafter called “Project”) applying Integration Management, the uniqueness and subsistent problem of project management for the Project are demonstrated based on characteristics, mechanism, application and main method of Project Integration Management. Taking two elements (project cost and time) of Integration Management as a start point, the feasibility of Earned Value Management is verified by means of earned value management and LHF case study. By researching on four main elements of Integration Management for the Project, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of four elements, proposes an Integration Management executed by CNBM with four elements, meanwhile, discusses in detail on establishment and application for four elements of Integration Management model as per case studies. In the part of conclusion and prospection, the author summarizes main conclusion and innovation points, meanwhile, states imperfection of this research and suggestion for post-study. The main research achievement and innovation points are as followed: 1. Summarize the uniqueness for construction project of BNBM Group production line Through the analysis and comparison for three kinds of gypsum board enterprises, the unique management technology and management of uniqueness for the Project are discovered. 2. Apply Earned Value Management in project management of BNBM Group production line Integration Management is executed based on the relationship in project cost and time. Using Earned Value Management and analyzing the application on LHF case study are to assist project manager to discover potential risks during project execution. 3. Execute integration management in core and auxiliary targets of BNBM’s Project Considering solving actual issues existed in project management of BNBM Group production line, core target and auxiliary target of Project is executed Integration Management with adopting a combined control method with multiple models. And a control management system with four elements is established finally. In conclusion, according to analyzing gypsum board project management in China, this dissertation proposes the uniqueness in project management of the Project, obtained research findings of Project by Earned Value Management and Integration Management with four elements, as well as, provides sufficient evidences for the project management of the Project. | |
