中文摘要：	数码照相机的市场一直以来发展都较为平静，最大的波折是传统胶片相机 和数码相机的博弈中倒下的柯达集团。但自从2007第一款智能手机的问世以来， 手机照相功能的迅猛发展，已经极大的威胁到了数码相机的市场地位。有实力 的数码相机生产厂商纷纷寻求变革，一部分以日系企业为代表，逐步放弃原有 的收到冲击的数码卡片级相机市场，将市场中心转移到细分的数码专业级数相 机领域，重点开发俗称单反相机及配套产品；另一部分以韩企三星为代表，同 样是放弃原有的卡片机数码相机市场，转战专业单反相机市场，但不同的是， 韩企通过自身的技术优势，对传统数码相机进行跨界整合，推出基于智能操作 系统的照相机，俗称能打电话的照相机。在这样的变化中，各个工厂对于提高 效率，降低成本有着自然而然的需求，而且都应用精益生产理念进行各自的改 善活动 论文研究内容从TSOE工厂的生产管理工作为出发点，首先分析工厂的现况 和生产管理工作的独特性，在精益生产理论的框架内，分析现阶段工厂存在的 问题点。发现在当前阶段，生产运营效率不高，制造间接成本虚高等主要存在 的问题，同时，再利用文献研究、日常观察、定量分析和经验总结等方法，从 精益生产理论中寻找改善的方向，并对TSOE生产管理当前存在的问题出有针对 性的优化对策。想要提高效率，实现精益生产优化，主要从两个方面的提出优 化对策，一是实现均衡生产，二是加强看板系统管理。另一方向，是以降低成 本为优化目的。该方向包含两个要点，分别是实现全面质量管理和实现物流的 集成化。最后，针对精益生产优化的实施，提出了保证措施，包括建立企业新 文化方向，维护良好员工关系；推进社内精益生产改善培训，培养部门内部精 益讲师；探讨建立适合的激励方式和奖励制度三个方向。
英文摘要：	The market of Digital camera has an ordinary development these days, and the biggest setbacks must be the bankrupt of the Kodak group, which was one of the biggest camera groups between the traditional film cameras and digital cameras. Since the first advent of Smartphone on 2007, the camera on the mobile phone has developed rapidly, which are greatly threatened the position of the digital camera in the market. Most of the digital camera manufacturers sought to change, one part is represented by Japanese enterprises, they intend to narrow the card camera of the digital market, while move to the field of professional series digital cameras market, known as SLR cameras and related products; Another part, represented by Korean company, Samsung, they try to give up the original card camera market and develop the professional market of SLR camera. But the difference is that through its own technological advantages, Korean companies try to make the cross-border integration of traditional digital camera, which based on the intelligent operating system Android and known as the camera that can make a phone call. Besides the changes, factories need efficiency improvement and cost reduced, and all the demand are on the application of lean production ideas for their respective activities. The paper based on the factory production management of TSOE. Firstly it analyzed the current situation of the factory, and then it studied the uniqueness of the production management. Within the framework of lean production theory, it analyzed the existing problems in the present factory. Found in the current stage, the efficiency of production operation is not high enough, while the costs of manufacturing overhead is higher than normal. To study this main problems, the author use literature research, observation , quantitative methods, analysis and experience summary. Try to to find the direction of improvement from the lean production theory, and to TSOE production management problems existing in the current targeted optimization countermeasures. The aim is to improve efficiency and to reduce cost.
