中文摘要：	采购对于一个企业而言，是一个十分重要的部分。如何做到优质采购，那就需要一个完善的供应商管理系统，对供应商进行选择和考评。所以，随着市场经济的不断深化，供应商管理也成为了企业管理的重中之重，备受公司的重视。 本论文以从事制造业的飞思卡尔作为案例，结合飞思卡尔目前拥有的服务供应商的管理系统，研究了飞思卡尔服务供应商管理体系中暴露的主要问题，并在此基础上对飞思卡尔必须提升服务供应商管理的原因进行了解释，最后对飞思卡尔如何改进服务供应商管理提出了一些看法。 本文首先回顾了供应商管理、服务质量的相关理论研究，阐述了供应商管理的重要性以及目标、服务质量的标准及评估。然后针对飞思卡尔服务供应商及其他为飞思卡尔提供服务、商品或者原材料的供应商现存的管理体系、现状存在的问题，即需要完善改进的地方进行了分析，指出现存体系中存在的问题。然后以供应商管理的相关理论知识结合飞思卡尔供应商管理的实际情况，客观的从制度保障、组织保障、维护机制上进行了分析，最后罗列出一些针对现有问题的解决办法和意见。 本文的目的是建立一个更优化的体系以便更好的控制公司的采购成本，提升供应商的服务质量，正确维系服务供应商的关系管理，从而使飞思卡尔能够更全面的正确的管理服务供应商，从而为企业创造更高的效益。为了实现这一目的本人归纳总结理论研究和飞思卡尔服务供应商管理现状，理论结合实际的分析，解决，实现最终的优化。
英文摘要：	In the operation of the enterprise, the purchase is more important aspect. And in order to better manage procurement, we must have a system supplier selection and evaluation system. So, with the deepening of the market economy, supply chain more and more attention to each company, supply chain management is increasingly put on the company management's top priority. In this paper, Freescale engaged in manufacturing as a research base, combined with the existing status quo Freescale supplier management, analyzes the main problems Freescale supplier management exist in the work, and on this basis to Freescale must explain the reasons for its supplier management, the last of Freescale how to improve supplier management made ??a number of views and perspectives. Firstly, the related supplier management, service quality, relationship marketing theory are reviewed, focusing on the importance of standards and assessment objectives, quality of service supplier management, relationship marketing functions and measures are briefly discussed.
