中文摘要：	如今商业模式已经从原来的时髦术语变为现实企业间竞争的一把利器。许多行业中，那些商业模式创新的引领者越来越注重商业模式在竞争中的价值，把其作为企业竞争的核心竞争力和行业进入壁垒。它已超越企业战略，成为企业管理决策的基本内容，是企业核心竞争力的组成部分。可以预见，未来养老产业中，商业模式创新将成为企业间竞争的焦点之一。本文以商业模式创新的理论为基础，通过分析研究中国养老市场的发展现状，再根据天津K机电有限公司的自身情况，尝试探索一条既符合企业现状，又适应中国养老产业发展的全新商业模式。即在虚拟养老院社区服务平台的基础上，结合现今社会先进的移动互联技术、云技术和物联网技术，有效的整合通讯网络、智能呼叫、互联网等科技手段，以信息化、智能化呼叫救助服务平台为支撑的智能居家养老模式。 本文就目前养老产业的现状进行了分析，提出本文的研究目的、意义、内容以及可能的创新之处。随后对现有的文献进行了梳理，介绍居家养老服务理论和商业模式创新的相关理论及研究。其次是对K机电公司智能居家养老商业模式可行性分析，介绍了K机电公司概况和K机电公司智能居家养老商业模式，然后对我国养老市场进行了详细分析和划分，并介绍K机电公司采用智能居家养老商业模式的好处及条件。最后对K机电公司智能居家养老商业模式营运方法进行了介绍，通过SWOT分析针对K机电公司智能居家养老所面临的机会、优势、威胁和劣势分别提出了不同的战略组合。并从产品策略与技术要点：智能，云服务、价格方面：品牌定位决定价格、渠道服务方面：人本服务带动产品增收、打造品牌营运战略等四个方面介绍K机电公司智能居家养老商业模式营运过程，同时找到国内外智能养老经典案例，通过对其公司简介、案例背景和运营分析得以促进K机电公司智能居家养老商业模式的进一步发展。
英文摘要：	From the original business model which is fashionable now terms into reality of competition between enterprises of a weapon. Many in the industry, the leader of business model innovation is more and more attention to the value of business model in the competition, its as the core competitiveness of the enterprise competition and industry barriers to entry. It has beyond the enterprise strategy, become the basic content of enterprise management decision, is part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Predictably, the future pension industries, business model innovation will become one of the focus of competition between the enterprises. In this paper, based on the theory of business model innovation, the development of China's pension market by analyzing the present research situation and according to oneself circumstance of better K mechanical and electrical co., LTD., in tianjin article try to explore a not only conforms to the status quo, and to adapt to the new business model of China's pension industry. Namely in the virtual community service platform on the basis of the nursing home, combined with modern society advanced mobile technology, cloud technology and Internet technology, the integration of effective communication network, intelligent call, Internet and other technology, supported by information, intelligent call rescue service platform of intelligent home care system. In this paper, the actuality of pension industry was analyzed, and put forward in the paper, the research purpose, significance, content and possible innovation place will. Then this paper analyzes the existing literature, this paper introduces home endowment service theory and business model innovation of relevant theories and research. Followed by intelligent home endowment of better mechanical and electrical company business model feasibility analysis, this paper introduces the general situation of better mechanical and electrical company and he better mechanical and electrical company intelligent home endowment business model, and then the pension market in our country has carried on the detailed analysis and classification, and introduces the gentry better mechanical and electrical company adopts intelligent home endowment the benefits and conditions of business model.
