| 中文摘要: | 摘 要随着全球工业化的快速发展,能源需求量越来越大,以煤炭、石油等化石燃料为主的传统能源,不但面临着资源短缺的问题,还给人类生存环境造成了严重破坏,因此,清洁能源的发展,已经成为世界各国的一种选择。在清洁能源方面,我国政府大力发展核电,为核电设备市场带来了巨大的发展机会。目前国内的核电站大量使用从国外进口的艾默生核电阀门,随着国家政策越来越倾向于国产设备,进口阀门逐渐处于不利地位。因此,一旦国家要求核电阀门完全采用国产化设备,对艾默生核电阀门业务来说,将面临着巨大挑战。本论文以艾默生公司核电阀门业务为研究对象,首先对本文所用到的相关理论概念和分析工具进行简单回顾,为后面的分析做好理论分析基础。其次,对艾默生核电阀门业务进行了介绍,在此基础上,对公司的外部环境展开分析,包括PEST分析和产业环境分析,发现公司核电阀门业务在国内外市场的发展机会、政策上的限制要求、以及竞争环境中所存在的竞争威胁;然后,对艾默生公司的内部环境进行分析,从内部资源和核心能力等方面明确了公司发展所具有的优势和劣势。再次,结合艾默生公司的战略定位,运用SWOT矩阵分析方法,对公司所面临的外部机会和威胁、内部优势和劣势进行分析总结,得出公司实施差异化竞争战略,符合公司的发展战略和未来的发展方向。最后,对艾默生公司核电阀门业务差异化战略的实施进行了论述,并提出具体保障措施。 本文研究结果表明,对于目前公司所面临的核电行业外部市场环境和国内政策形势,公司应采取差异化战略,通过重点资源配置和关键职能战略的实施,增强艾默生国内公司的核级阀门设计制造能力,获得国家的核级阀门设计制造资质,打破政策壁垒限制,并利用壁垒对竞争对手造成的限制,持续占有核电阀门市场,这对于公司核电阀门业务的发展具有重要意义。同时,本文研究所得出的结论对于其它阀门企业和核电设备制造业也有一定的参考价值。 关键词 艾默生公司, 核电阀门业务, 差异化竞争战略 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the rapid development of global industrialization, the demand of energy is increasing. The traditional energy, mainly made up of fossil fuels, not only faced with the shortage of resources, but also caused serious damage to environment. The development of clean energy has become a choice of all countries in the world. China's government is vigorously developing nuclear power, which brings great opportunities for the market of nuclear power equipment. At present, large amounts of Emerson nuclear valve have been used in the domestic nuclear power plants. With the national policy more and more inclined to domestic equipment, the imported valve is gradually at a disadvantage. Therefore, once the government requests that the nuclear valve should be completely from domestic companies, Emerson nuclear valve business will face to big challenges. This thesis focuses on Emerson nuclear valve business, First of all, related theories and analysis tools are reviewed for theoretical foundation of following analysis. Secondly, Emerson nuclear valve business is introduced, based on this basis, to analysis the company’s external environment, including the analysis to PEST and industry environment, and find that great opportunities, constraints from domestic policy and competitive threats are existed to nuclear valve business, then, analyzes internal environment and identifies the strengths and weaknesses from company’s internal resources and core competence. Thirdly, combined with strategic positioning of Emerson, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities and threats from external environment, and internal strengths and weaknesses of the company. From the analysis, it’s concluded that the implementation of differentiation strategy meets company’s development and future direction. At last, it’s stated to Emerson differentiation strategy implementation on nuclear valve business, and the actions for assuring implementation are also provided. The results of this study indicate that, Emerson should take differentiation strategy to enforce the nuclear valve design and manufacturing capability, by adding important resources and implementing key functional strategy. It’s of great significant for Company’s nuclear valve business to get the nuclear valve design and manufacturing license and break the barriers of policy. At the same time, the conclusion drawn from the research also has certain reference value for other plants and nuclear equipment industry.
