中文摘要：	金融、产业融合发展是现代经济发展的趋势，它对促进地区转型升级起到重要的推动作用。金融与产业融合改革示范区是金融与产业融合的先行先试区，通过金融与产业融合改革示范区的先行试点来积累经验，是促进地区转型升级的重要发展方向。当前，青岛经济发展面临着的新的问题是产业结构转型升级，提高经济效益和经济发展的总体质量。同时，作为首批开放的城市，青岛有着一定的经济和对外关系的基础；不仅具有发展对外经济关系的优越地理位置，同时还具有世界级大港的交通。从国家和区域的角度来看, 建设青岛金融与产业融合改革示范区既有利于自身金融产业的发展，进一步发挥示范作用，也有利于青岛与国外的合作，进一步提高合作水平，推动对外贸易；同时还有利于金融资源的优化配置与蓝色资源的开发，进而促进山东半岛经济的发展，起到对周边的辐射带动作用。本文从青岛金融和相关产业发展实际出发，在学习借鉴新加坡金融管理创新经验的基础上，深入剖析了青岛建设金融与产业融合改革示范区的基础、条件和重大意义，提出了建设青岛金融与产业融合改革示范区的思路对策。
英文摘要：	Financial and industrial convergence development is the development trend of modern economy, it is to promote transformation and upgrading of areas play an important role. Financial and industrial integration reform demonstration area is a leading financial and industrial integration test area, the construction of financial and industrial integration reform demonstration area, the pilot first, accumulate experience, is to promote regional development direction of transformation and upgrading. To enter a new stage of development, as the national first batch of opening to the outside world city, with the domestic many cities of Qingdao, is facing the transformation and upgrading of industry, and create economic new upgrade, improve the quality and efficiency of economic development. At the same time, Qingdao have a world-class port and trade advantage, adjacent to Japan and South Korea, China and South Korea close economic cooperation and development of Qingdao financial and industrial integration reform demonstration area is of great significance. From the national and regional perspective, will be conducive to play to the role of the demonstration zone, further enhance the level of Qingdao foreign financial cooperation and push forward China, Japan and South Korea free trade; Is beneficial to bring into play the function of financial resource allocation, improve the ability of Marine resources development, the development of blue economy, speed up the implementation of the shandong peninsula blue economic zone national strategy; Conducive to play a leading role of the financial industry, improve the level of Qingdao financial reform and innovation and development, the construction of perfect functions and outstanding features of financial center cities, promote the financial industry spanning development. In this paper, according to the construction of Qingdao the perspective of financial and industrial integration reform demonstration area, study the Singapore experience in financial management innovation, deeply analyzes the financial and industrial integration reform demonstration area of Qingdao construction foundation and conditions, the significance, proposed the construction of the Qingdao financial and industrial integration demonstration area of the ideas and countermeasures.
