中文摘要：	目前，越来越多的大型企业选择了以集团化的形式进行经营，其目的是在日益加剧的市场竞争中提高自身的综合竞争实力。“企业管理以财务管理为中心，财务管理以资金管理为中心”。资金是企业的血液，是维持企业日常持续经营的根本保障，也是企业未来不断发展壮大的经济基础。企业的迅速成长离不开完善的资金管理模式，这也是企业的管理者在经营过程中需要长期关注并加以解决的问题。 本文基于这样的研究背景，从企业集团的资金集中管理模式作为切入点进行逐层深入的研究分析。在理论基础方面，借鉴了大量的企业集团和资金集中管理的相关理论知识，以及国内外对于资金集中管理的研究现状综述作为分析依据。在研究过程中采用了案例分析的方法，遵循“发现问题、分析问题、解决问题”的思路逐步展开。在案例的选择上，本文以合资企业奥的斯电梯（中国）公司这一以集团化形式进行经营运作的制造型企业作为研究对象，分析其现有的资金集中管理模式，找出当前管理方法在集中化程度、管理标准、信息反馈和资金使用情况等方面的缺陷与不足，并针对这些问题进行根源分析。同时，借鉴国外优秀企业的成功管理经验，为奥的斯电梯公司的管理问题制定解决方法，并指出操作过程中可能出现的问题以及具体的实施步骤，最终达到完善现有资金集中管理模式的目的。 本文通过对奥的斯电梯公司企业集团的分析，为我国国内企业的资金集中管理提供了经验与借鉴，具有理论和实践意义。
英文摘要：	At present, more and more large enterprises chose to group form of business in order to improve the competitive strength in the market. "The center of Enterprise management is financial management and financial management centered on capital management". As the blood of an enterprise, money is the primary guarantee of daily operation; also it is the foundation of economic development in the future. Rapid growth of the enterprise is indispensable to improve the capital management mode and also manager need to pay long-term attention for it and solve the problem that meet in the process of business. Base on this research background, this article use the centralized management mode as the breakthrough point, research and analysis step by step. In the aspect of theoretical knowledge, on the one hand, I use a lot of theory about enterprise groups and centralized fund management for reference; on the other hand, I summarized research status of the centralized fund management from both domestic and abroad company as the basis of analysis. During the study, I use the method of case analysis, follow the thinking of "Discover problem, Analysis problem, solve problem". On the choice of cases, I choose Otis elevator (China) Company as the research object base on its management form and centralized fund management model. Through the study, I fund the problem in current fund management model, such as the degree of centralization, management standards, information feedback and fund using efficiency. Also I try to find out the root cause and solve the problem. At the same time, draw on the successful management experience of foreign enterprises, I set the solution for Otis elevator company management problem and points out the possible problem in the process of operation, as well as the particular operation steps, finally achieve the purpose of perfecting the existing funds centralized management model. Through the analysis of Otis elevator company, this article will provide the management experience for domestic companies, it has theoretical and practical significance.
