| 中文摘要： | 当前的市场竞争表现为企业综合实力的角逐，这既为企业的发展提供了广阔的天地和更多的机遇，同时也对企业的整体素质提出更高的要求。因此，建筑企业必须寻找到一种强有力的企业文化作为主体支撑，尤其是作为社会经济发展支柱的大型建筑企业，培育和传播富有特色的优秀企业文化，正是提高综合实力，打造企业核心竞争力，支撑企业可持续发展的需要。 本文首先将企业文化的内涵和体系进行了研究，为建筑施工企业的企业文化研究和建设提供参照，指明了方向。接着，通过对云南建工集团有限公司企业文化建设的调查研究，采取问卷调查、部门人员访谈以及实际调研等方式，来了解企业文化的建设现状，深入分析目前已经取得的成就、尚且存在的不足和误区，对企业文化进行系统构建。最终提出根据该企业总体的企业文化发展目标以及原则，基于核心理念、基础理念以及行为规范等三个角度来着眼并重点提出具体的企业文化建设方案。 本论文能够对我国大型国有建筑企业的文化建设现状以及具体的实施方案作出深入的研究分析，能够具备一定的理论参考以及实际应用的价值。 | |
