| 中文摘要: | 世界在不断向前发展,全球经济一体化是世界经济发展的必然趋势,为适应竞争更加激烈、市场瞬息万变的新时代特征,企业的生产经营也在发生着巨大的变化。对于有着四十余年发展历史的磷复肥企业(云天化国际红磷分公司)而言,只有通过摸索和创新生产管理理念,不断挖掘企业内部潜力,提高企业综合竞争能力,才能在未来的发展中立于不败之地。 云天化国际红磷分公司推行精益生产管理(Lean Production)活动,主要是通过全员参与,优化生产组织、不断加强安全环保、职业卫生、设备、质量和能源管理,持续推进技术创新和管理创新工作,提升产品质量,努力降低生产成本,进而提高企业市场竞争力。 本文运用精益生产管理理论,在对云天化国际红磷分公司生产管理模式进行深入研究的基础上,分析生产经营中面对竞争日趋激烈的市场环境下,以优化生产组织,加强设备、质量、能源、现场以及安全环保和职业卫生管理等方面为基础,寻求在精益生产管理实践上的创新和突破。作者结合自己在实践中的思考,对云天化国际红磷分公司实施精益生产管理的应用进行分析,并提出磷复肥企业应用精益生产管理的保障措施。 通过介绍云天化国际红磷分公司的生产管理特点以及设备、质量、现场、安全环保、职业卫生的管理现状,分析了其中存在的问题和不足,以及针对这些不足而开展的精益生产管理活动。文章最后介绍云天化国际红磷分公司开展精益生产管理所取得的阶段性成果,验证了精益生产管理在云天化国际红磷分公司发展中的重要作用,从而坚定了云天化国际红磷分公司持续推进精益生产管理活动的信心和决心。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Comprehensive Budgeting Management is an important branch of management science field, according to this theory, budget is not only duty of financial department, but all staffs have to attend activity to establish comprehensive budgeting management system; furthermore, the strategy management idea must be embodied in this system. So it has become a mark that modern management system is setting step by step. In the early years, Shuangyi Technology Corporation was a project company, and its main job is supply automatic system integrative service. Through long time developing, the organization style as a project company can no longer fit its need to become an innovative, efficient company. So the organization style had been changed, and many departments such as marketing, R&D, finance, production, project, and customer service had been established. Although, the aims were reached, Shuangyi Technology Corporate became an efficient and innovative company, but the progresses of projects are not as good as before, the cooperation ability between departments is not as tight as before, it leads to many problems, and there are defaults that emerge in cost control progress, budget of project is no longer effective. Furthermore, the strategy aim cannot be embodied in budget of projects; it makes the produce of project always deviate from company’s strategy target. For enforcing budgeting control ability, accelerating modern management system establishment, Shuangyi Technology Corporation take security system building project as example, make comprehensive budgeting management theory, which has features like multi-department attending and strategy leading, as a tool to control its cost. Then, according to features and progress, designed comprehensive budgeting management method, found key factors and key control points, group them to integrated system. Because there is a principle for comprehensive budgeting system is it can be execute efficiently, so we designed details and further complete scheme for this system. Through research we make following conclusions: first of all, organization structure change is vital for carrying out comprehensive budgeting management in project companies. Secondly, as a strategic level management method, high level manager such as CEO and chairman of the board should be included in comprehensive management project manage group. Thirdly, the inte-department coordination and strategic leading are needed for establishment of comprehensive budgeting management. In this article, both comprehensive budgeting management theory and project management theory are considerate, we take security system establishment as an example, designed matrix organization structure model for Shuangyi Technology Corporation, and established comprehensive budgeting management model based on it, so there are innovations in this article. | |
