中文摘要:云天化集团是一家拥有化肥、有机化工、玻纤新材料、盐及盐化工、磷矿采选、磷化工等六大产业平台,跨行业、跨地区、跨所有制的企业集团。2013年,集团名列中国化工100强第2位,高浓度磷肥产能位居世界第二,亚洲第一。磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产的副产物,主要化学成分为二水硫酸钙(CaSO4?2H2O),云天化集团所属企业年附产磷石膏达1400万吨,磷石膏大量堆存,既占用土地,又浪费资源,容易对周边环境造成污染,磷石膏的堆存已经成为制约我国磷肥企业可持续发展的重要因素。磷石膏制建材的首要任务是磷石膏生产β半水石膏粉,因为β半水石膏粉是生产石膏建材产品的主要原料。 本课题选择两步法沸腾炉煅烧技术和FC分室石膏煅烧技术这两种具有显著代表性的生产技术进行分析评估。两种方法虽然在原料预处理和产品收集、储存方面是一样的,但在工艺技术、主要设备、工程方案等方面各有特点,难于轻易取舍。通过技术评估研究,目的是使企业决策时,选择到符合国家技术政策和产业发展方向,相对更先进、更合理的技术方案;在兼顾投资和装备水平的情况下,选择到投资合理、控制水平高、节约劳动力成本的装备技术方案;选择到安全、高效、经济、可控的工程技术方案。本文以定性分析为基础,以定量分析为手段,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法开展技术方案的分析对比研究。文章先后采用了专家评分法、投资回收期法、两两比较法、检查表单法、综合评估等评估研究方法开展研究工作。  
英文摘要:Yuntianhua Group is a business conglomerate which cross industry, cross region and cross ownership enterprise within six platforms specified in chemical fertilizer, organic chemical, glass fiber materials, salt and salt chemical industry, phosphate rock mining and phosphorus chemical industry. In the year of 2013, the group was ranked as the second among China's Top 100 chemical industry enterprises, it’s production capacity of high concentrated phosphate fertilizers ranked the second in the world and the first in Asia. Phosphogypsum is a by-product of wet process phosphoric acid production, it’s main chemical components is dihydrate calcium sulphate (CaSO4?2H2O). Yuntianhua Group owned enterprises yearly yields phosphogypsum amounted to 14 million tons, stacking not only occupies the land but also wastes resources, furthermore, it will pollutes the surrounding environment. The phosphogypsum stacking has become an important factor that restricts the sustainable development of China's phosphate fertilizer enterprises. The primary task of phosphogypsum making building material is that to produce βhemihydrate gypsum powder by phosphogypsum, because the β hemihydrate gypsum powder is the main raw material for the production of gypsum building materials products. This subject has chosen Two Step Fluidized Calcination Technology and FC Chamber Gypsum Calcination Technology for analyzing and evaluating, because the two technology has remarkable representative. Although the two methods are same in the pretreatment of raw materials and product collection and storage, but they have different characteristics in the aspects of process technology, main equipment and engineering proposal, it’s difficult to easily trade-off. Through the technical evaluation study, the purpose is to select the relatively more advanced and reasonable technical proposal which is accord with the national technology policy and industrial development direction. Under the double consideration of both investment and equipment level, to select a reasonable investment, highly controlled and labor saved equipment technical scheme, and to select a safe,efficient, economic and controllable engineering technology scheme. The paper is based on qualitative analyses, takes quantitative analysis as method, carried out comparative analysis research by combining the qualitative and quantitative methods together. The paper has adopted the expert scoring method, investment payback period method, comparative method, checking form method, comprehensive evaluation and other evaluation methods to carry out research work.
