中文摘要：	化肥是现代农业的物质基础，已经连续十一年，每年的“三农”问题都是中央的一号文件。化肥被称为粮食的“粮食”，因此，化肥的生产和供给直接关系着人民的温饱、生存问题。 云天化国际银山化肥有限公司（以下简称：银山化肥公司），2008年3月14日在云南省腾冲县注册成立，由云天化国际化工有限公司（以下简称：云天化国际）和腾冲县银山化工有限责任公司共同出资组建，以生产、销售化肥为主业，产品主要面向滇西、缅甸、印度东部市场。项目于2008年6月破土动工，由于受到全球金融危机和当地气候异常雨季延长影响，工程延期2年多，建设资金超预算49.56%。2011年11月才开始化工投料试车，但环境已经发生了较大变化，项目投资大、产品低端单一，预测的市场严重萎缩，生产经营举步维艰。银山化肥公司如何生存、如何发展是本文研究的重点。 本文分为四个章节。第一章是绪论，主要介绍研究的背景、意义、目的，研究的方法与内容安排以及本文选用的战略分析理论简要回顾。第二章阐述银山化肥公司现状及面临的竞争环境，分别应用相关的战略发展研究工具进行分析。通过研究归纳出银山化肥公司的优势、劣势和面临的威胁。第三章通过综合研究分析，形成银山化肥公司的发展战略的基本思路和具体的战略构成，以及战略存在的风险评估并制定相应的防范措施。第四章阐述为保障战略的顺利实施，实现战略目标的思路和采取的措施和办法，以及对本文的研究进行全面归纳和总结并展望银山化肥公司的未来。 本文以战略管理理论为指导，应用战略发展研究工具，根据化肥行业产能过剩、同质化严重现状和行业未来发展方向及云天化国际的发展布局。把银山化肥公司融入整个化肥行业并紧扣云天化国际战略发展规划，对银山化肥公司的生不逢时、先天不足，投产之日就是亏损之时进行科学、客观的分析研究，定好位找准战略发展的方向和目标。研究出有针对性、适应性、操作性的发展战略以及切实可行的实施方案，指导银山化肥公司扭亏为盈走出困境，尽快步入充满希望的良性发展道路。
英文摘要：	Fertilizer is the material base of modern agriculture, has for eleven consecutive years, the annual "three rural issues" is the central document no.. Project in 2008 June start, due to the global financial crisis and the local climate anomalies extended during the rainy season, delay the project for more than 2 years, the construction funds budget 49.56%. 2011 November began chemical feeding test, but the environment has undergone great changes, the large investment, the low-end products a single, prediction of the market seriously, the production and business operation difficult. How to survive, how to develop the Yinshan chemical fertilizer is the focus of this paper. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance, objective, strategy analysis theory research methods and contents as well as the brief review. The second chapter elaborates the Yin shan chemical fertilizer condition and environment of competition of facing, respectively applied strategy development research tool related analysis. The study concludes that the Yin shan chemical fertilizer the strengths, weaknesses and threats. The third chapter through the comprehensive analysis, basic thinking of development strategy for the formation of Yin shan chemical fertilizer and specific strategy, and the strategy in the risk assessment and prevention measures. The fourth chapter is to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, realize the strategic target of ideas and take the measures and methods. And the conclusion of this study, a comprehensive summary and prospect the future of Yin shan chemical fertilizer. In this paper, the strategic management theory as the instruction, application development tools, according to the fertilizer industry overcapacity, the homogenization of serious situation and the industry's future development direction and Yun tian hua international development layout.
