| 中文摘要： | 随着全球经济一体化，企业面临着激烈的竞争，企业要想在竞争中取胜，必须加强企业的竞争力，提升企业的生产管理水平。生产执行系统MES是位于上层的计划管理系统与底层的工业控制之间的面向车间层的管理信息系统，MES作为车间级的执行层，成为上层计划层和底层控制层之间信息交流的桥梁，是企业信息化建设中的关键环节。 本文首先阐述了MES系统的应用背景和意义，其次从本公司的生产经营现状出发，分析了业务流程中存在的主要问题，对MES管理系统应用进行了可行性分析研究，通过综合应用所学理论知识，确定了MES系统模块设计及应用范围，提出了本公司MES系统的应用方案，最后指出通过应用MES系统管理，可以进一步完善公司信息化建设，实时掌握企业的生产计划、运行管理、生产执行和生产统计等情况，帮助公司实现精细化管理，从而提高企业的经济效益。 本文着重从MES生产控制信息化管理、生产综合控制信息化管理、设备信息化管理等方面进行了优化和实施的研究。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With the global economic integration, enterprises face fierce competition. If they want to win in the competition, enterprises need to strengthen the ability of competition and promote the production management level． Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is the management information system located the workshop tier between the top plan management system and the bottom industry control. As a workshop performer, MES is a bridge of the information exchange between the plan layer and the bottom control layer, and a key link in the construction of enterprise information． The paper first expatiate the background and significance of the MES system，followed based on the state of production and management in our company, analyzes the main problems in business processes, and studies the feasibility of MES management system application. Through combining application theoretical knowledge，we confirm the modular design and application range of MES system，and put forward the application project of MES in our company．Finally, we conclude that the MES system management Can further consummate the company’s information construction, real time predominate production plan, circulate management, produce administer, and produce statistic．It also helps companies realize the refinement management, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises． This paper put the key research on the optimization and the implement of the information management of production control by MES, information management of production comprehensive control, information management of equipment. | |
