中文摘要:汽车制造业作为国家经济和社会发展的支柱产业,近年来越来越受到人们的关注和重视。由于当今中国已经成为世界上最大的汽车生产国,汽车的需求量在持续上升,汽车产业的规模在不断扩张,汽车产业结构稳步升级。而国内汽车企业的竞争日趋激烈,力图通过价格的优势扩大市场占有率,导致其利润的空间在不断的压缩。因此,物流领域在汽车企业的发展中占有越来越重要的地位,成为汽车制造企业新的利润增长点。 丰田的物流管理以丰田生产方式为其核心指导思想,在整个物流供应链管理的发展过程中占据非常重要的地位。天津一汽丰田发动机有限公司基本上采用丰田的物流管理方法,本文的创新点是在研究分析现有的管理方法基础上,分析公司物流管理中出现的问题,提出改善型方案,解决面临的困境,并为今后进一步的改善创新提供宝贵的经验。天津一汽丰田发动机的物流管理有发动机物流和部品件物流两种模式,其中部品物流存在订货周期长,对应生产异常能力不强等一系列问题,而且部品改善的利润空间较大,因此此次改善的重点是部品物流。 本文主要通过比较分析的研究方法,以一汽丰田发动机有限公司为例,通过丰田生产方式的理论研究与公司物流引入丰田模式过程的实践相结合,对丰田物流管理特点进行详细的了解,对管理流程和方法进行深入的剖析。针对以上的问题点,天津一汽丰田发动机通过长时间的调研和研讨后,构筑了可以与部品供应商和物流公司共享的电子信息平台,为各事业体在信息流,物流等方面提供可以借鉴的依据,并且实现了原价递减的目标。此外,本论文详细介绍了在天津一汽发动机有限公司在推进丰田物流方式的过程中遇到了诸多问题和障碍,以及改善方法,希望汽车企业在具体应用丰田物流管理的过程中能够吸取其中有益的经验和教训  
英文摘要:Automobile manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of the national economic and social development, in recent years more and more attention by people and attention. Because today's China has become the world's largest automobile producing country, car demand continues to rise, automobile industry scale is expanding unceasingly, the structure of automobile industry steadily upgrading. While the domestic automobile enterprises increasingly fierce competition, tries hard through the price advantage and expand the market share, resulting in its profit space in the continuous compression. Therefore, the field of logistics plays more and more important role in the development of the automobile enterprises in the automobile manufacturing enterprises, become the new profit growth point. Logistics management Toyota to Toyota mode of production as its core of the guiding ideology, occupies a very important position in the development process of the whole supply chain management of logistics. Tianjin FAW Toyota engine limited company basically adopts the method of Toyota logistics management, the innovation point of this article is based on analyzing the existing management methods, analysis of the logistics management problems in company, put forward to improve the type scheme, to solve the dilemma, and provide valuable experience for the improvement of the innovation further. Logistics management in Tianjin FAW TOYOTA engine with engine and parts logistics two modes, including parts logistics has order cycle length, corresponding to abnormal production capability is not strong and so on a series of problems, but also spare parts improve profits space is big, so the focus of improvement is the Ministry of goods logistics. This paper mainly uses comparative analysis method, with the FAW TOYOTA Engine Co., Ltd as an example, through the theoretical research and practice of company of TOYOTA mode of production logistics is introduced in the TOYOTA model process together, a detailed understanding of the characteristics of TOYOTA logistics management, in-depth analysis of the management process and method. In view of the above problems, Tianjin FAW TOYOTA engine through a long period of investigation and research, build electronic information platform can be shared and spare parts suppliers and logistics company, for each business in the flow of information, can provide the basis of logistics and other aspects, and realize the goal of price decline. In addition, this paper introduces in detail in Tianjin FAW TOYOTA Engine Co. Ltd. in the process of logistics mode has encountered many problems and obstacles, and methods to improve the automobile enterprise, hope can learn some useful experience and lessons in the process of logistics management in the specific application of TOYOTA.
