中文摘要:对一个企业而言,采购不仅保障了物资供应和企业产出品的质量,同时还有着降低企业成本,增加企业销售利润的重要作用。WET天津公司是德国独资的工业维修产品供应商,在中国已经有20年的发展历史。近年来,行业竞争越来越激烈,客户的需求也不断变化,WET天津公司的自身业务也进行着不断调整。公司从主要销售本公司的产品开始越来越注重外部产品的销售,外部产品采购额增长迅速。本文试图通过对WET天津公司采购部门的外部产品采购管理现状进行详细的分析,探讨公司的采购管理工作如何能够得到改进。目的在于优化公司的采购部门的人员管理,供应商管理和绩效管理。解决目前公司采购部门外部产品采购询价时间长,成功率低,与其他部门矛盾较多的问题。文章从企业采购部门人员、架构、采购流程、供应商管理和采购绩效考核等方面进行分析和梳理,并且相对应地提出了一些有意义的改善建议,希望能够使得采购部门人员安排更加合理,流程运行更加顺畅,部门之间的关系更加融洽,对供应商的管理更加全面细致,绩效考核的标准更加全面。近年来随着制造业不断发展,下游的工业维修行业竞争也越来越激烈,相信会有越来越多的企业选择和WET天津相似的发展策略。对企业的采购管理进行优化首先要对当前的现状和数据进行具体的分析,从实际出发提出可行意见。希望本文对面临相似问题的企业可与一定的启发。 
英文摘要:For an enterprise, procurement not only guarantees the material supply and the product quality, but also plays an important part in reducing costs and increasing sales profit. WET (Tianjin) company is a wholly-owned German company in assembly and fastening material. It has 20 years of development history in China. In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition and the changing customer demand in this trade, WET (Tianjin) company also has adjusted their business accordingly. Company has started paying more and more attention to the sales of products from other companies. Therefore, purchase of products from other companies has risen rapidly. This thesis attempts to analyze the management status of external products procurement in WET (Tianjin) company and to discuss how the company's procurement management work can be improved. The thesis aims to optimize the personnel management, supplier management and performance management of the procurement department and to resolve the existing problems of company purchasing department such as long inquiry time, the low success rate and frictions with other departments. The thesis analyzes the staff, architecture, purchasing process, supplier management and purchasing performance and proposes some meaningful improvement suggestions accordingly with the hope that personnel arrangement is more reasonable, the purchasing process runs more smoothly and the relationship between departments is more harmonious, the management of the suppliers and the standard performance evaluation is more comprehensive. Facing the fierce competition in the industry these days more and more companies choose similar development strategy as WET (Tianjin) company. I hope that this thesis would inspire other companies facing similar problems.
