中文摘要：	在我国经济迅速发展的过程中，我国的建筑业也同样获得了突飞猛进的发展进步。可是由于市场经济的日渐发展，直接导致了建筑企业立身于业务量不断增加，利润却不断减少的尴尬局面。为了能够迎接这艰巨的挑战，只能通过提高工程项目中成本管理的水平来让自身的市场竞争力获得增加，由此看来，在建筑工程中所要进行的成本管理工作在整个工程项目中的地位是极为重要的。现如今，我国的建筑企业大多遭遇两个问题的双面夹击，一面是经济计划所遗留的不良作用，另一面是企业本身所存在的问题，这些因素都影响了我国建筑企业在工程项目成本管理水平的发展进步，从而让现如今的成本管理水平仍处于一种最基础的发展阶段，成本管理体系中没有应当具备的积极性，建筑工程的整体质量会受到项目成本的影响，在整个工程项目过程中均需要抓好对项目成本的管理和掌控。在本文中，主要针对建筑工程项目中的成本管理进行探究，将T公司恒隆桩基工程项目的成本进行细致分析，探究该建筑工程项目的成本管理，探寻出目前存在的各种缺陷和不足，研究产生各种问题的根本原因，继而得出关于优化该工程项目成本管理的有效方式。首先论文进行工程项目成本控制的理论性研究，论文在工程项目成本控制的背景下，阐述研究的目的和意义、研究方法、研究内容，对工程项目成本的管理操控获得一个大致上的了解。之后细致说明工程项目成本控制的含义、受影响原因以及控制成本的最佳方式等关联性理论，从而对工程项目成本控制获得最佳的理解。最后，根据以上研究，阐述如何进行工程项目的成本控制，这是论文的主要内容。论文的研究对象是以T公司总承包的恒隆桩基工程项目为案例，分别从人工费、材料费、机械使用费以及其他费用的控制进行分析，根据该工程项目成本控制过程中存在的问题提出改进措施，对国有建工企业进行工程项目的成本控制有着一定的指导意义。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the construction industry in China has also got a tremendous progress. However, because of the market-oriented economy evolution, there comes an awkward situation that the orders from construction enterprises increase continuously while the profits become unbelievable lower and lower. Facing the huge challenge, the only way to make our market competitiveness increase is to enhance the cost management level in the engineering project. By this token, the cost management takes a very important position in the whole engineering project. At the present, the construction industry in our country mostly faces two difficulties. On the one side, it is the ill-effect left by economic planning, and on the other hand, it is the unsolved issue in their enterprises, which all influence the advance of cost management level in engineering project. And this makes today’s cost management level still stay in the primary development state, and there does not exist the due positivity. The total quality of the engineering project can be affected by the project cost, therefore, in the whole process of the engineering project, we must pay more attention to the management and control in the project cost. This paper mainly studies the cost management of the engineering project in construction. And at the same time, the paper also precisely analyzes the cost of the Heng Long stake foundation engineering project to probe into the cost management of this construction engineering project, which can reveal the defects and flaws. Moreover, it studies the basic reason of all existed problems. From all this, it can lead to the effective way to optimize the cost management of the engineering project. Firstly, the paper probes into the thesis of the engineering project cost control. Under the background of engineering project cost control, this paper illustrates the aim, significance, study methods, and study contents, to have a basic knowledge of the cost operation of engineering project. After that, this paper demonstrates the relative theses, which are the meaning, the reason of the cost control of the engineering project and the best way to control the cost, to get a better understanding of the cost control in engineer project. At last, according to above contents, this paper elaborates how to deal with the cost control of the engineering project, which is the main part of the whole paper. The object of study is a case that T Company takes overall responsibility for the Heng Long stake foundation project, and analyzes the control from some aspects of the cost of labor, the material expenses, machinery expenses and other expenses. Based on these problems which exist in the control of the project, this paper puts forward the improvement approaches, which have certain guiding significance in the cost control of engineering project to all state-owned construction enterprises.
