中文摘要：	随着经济的发展，企业所面临的内外部环境也在快速变化，尤其对于很多新兴企业而言，所面临的局势更加复杂，其中，如何从适应环境、利用条件的角度出发，谋求企业资金长期均衡有效的流动和配置，更好的提高创造企业财务管理能力，成为困扰企业发展的难题。财务战略的重要性因而日益突显，然而目前财务战略理论部分基于生命周期，部分基于企业管理，对于很多新兴行业来说，行业阶段不清晰，单纯的基于生命周期，会出现战略无法选择的局面，很多新兴企业出现财务困境，破产倒闭的也不在少数。同时，行业竞争加剧，“没有夕阳的产业，只有夕阳的企业”这一思路也得到市场的广泛认同，生命周期理论的适用性变得更窄。SZ公司经历了一个行业的起步成长成熟，在行业的成熟期进行战略转型，进入新行业的起步成长阶段，具有一定的代表性和研究价值。本文选取SZ公司这一经历不同发展阶段的新兴企业为例，将行业发展阶段和企业自身发展阶段同时引入企业财务管理活动中，并基于此进行财务战略选择。 本文在财务管理理论以及战略管理理论的基础上，从企业管理角度出发，运用财务管理学相关知识，结合SZ公司的具体案例，通过对其各阶段财务战略的总结、问题分析、提出建议，将战略思想与财务管理思维相结合，将企业发展阶段和行业发展阶段相结合考虑进行财务战略选择，力图构建行业与企业不同发展阶段并行考虑的财务战略选择框架，一方面为SZ公司的下一阶段发展提供思路，另一方面也对类似企业的财务战略选择提供更多有益的帮助。
英文摘要：	Along with economic development, the internal and external circumstance of enterprises have changed greatly, especially for many emerging enterprises, they are facing a situation even more complex. How to adapt to the environment, starting from the angle of use conditions, to seek long-term equilibrium effective enterprise funds flow and configuration, the creation of enterprise financial management ability better, could hinder the expansion of enterprises. The importance of financial strategy has been increasingly highlighted, however the present financial strategy theory based on the life cycle, only partly based on the enterprise management, for many of the emerging industry, industry growth stage is unclear , simply based on the life cycle stage , there will be no choice in our strategy, many emerging enterprise financial predicament, bankruptcy is not in the minority. At the same time, Competition has increased, "only then the setting sun enterprises like this, did not have the sunset industry" has also been widely recognized by the market, the applicability of the theory of life cycle become narrower. This paper selected the experience of emerging enterprises at different stages of development of SZ company as an example, the stage of development of the industry and enterprise development stage at the same time the introduction of enterprise financial management activities, and the selection of financial strategy based on this. In all, this paper based on the financial management theory and strategic management theory, from the angle of enterprise management, the use of financial management related knowledge, combined with the specific case of SZ company, the strategic thinking and the combination of financial management thinking, combining considering the selection of financial strategy of enterprise development stage and industry development stage, trying to construct a the development stage of industry and enterprise to consider the strategic choice of financial parallel framework, to provide the financial strategy choice of the enterprise more useful help.
