| 中文摘要: | 在文化体制改革的大背景下,文化事业单位变革已经在陆续推进。中央一直在强调无论是文化产业还是文化事业,都要在“社会责任”下着眼提高文化发展效益,构建现代文化市场体系,提高文化产业规模化、集约化、专业化水平。作为广播媒体,迎来了发展的新时代。与此同时,新媒体的发展也早已悄然兴起,人人都有机会成为自媒体,拥有话语权,这形成对传统媒体带来不小的冲击。在这样两个大背景下,作为传统媒体---广播的一线采编人员,他们的工作内容顺应大背景即将发生新的变化,这部分采编人员不再只是进行原先的采访、编辑、制作等传统广播专业的工作,有一部分人将转型成为新媒体网页、微博、视频等编辑,还有一部分人员将会承担把广播产品或者相关外延产品对接市场的工作。这样一来,原先的工作流程、绩效考核标准将不再适合,应运而生的是一套新的绩效考核体系。本文以N电台为例,通过对绩效考核相关理论的阐述,引入KPI的绩效管理概念,为重新制定新背景下的绩效考核体系提供理论基础。然后,在对N电台的背景、人员构成和绩效考核现状进行分析、对国内外同行绩效考核成功案例进行借鉴的基础上,指出N电台采编人员现行绩效考核体系的问题、成因;最后,尝试为N电台设计出一套适合频道发展方向的绩效考核体系,以及为实现新的考核体系所需要的保障措施等。 | |
