中文摘要：	近年来受到我国房地产政策的影响，很多房地产开发商和建筑施工企业破产倒闭。但随着不断前进的城市化进程，我国基础设施建设仍然有很长的一段路要走。在这样的大环境下，存活下来的施工企业还是存在很大发展空间的。虽然经过洗礼后的建筑施工企业都有一定的实力和多年工程项目管理经验，但是要想在如此激烈的竞争环境中发展下去，这些企业仍然需要不断学习，不断改革，加强内部建设。工程项目具有投资大、周期长、阶段性的特点，工程项目在实施过程中面临各类风险，再加上不少施工企业在工程项目施工中监督和管理不到位。违规招投标、资金到位不及时，施工进度跟不上、工程质量不达标等问题频频在工程项目中出现。因此，工程项目应加强项目建设施工管理，建立健全工程项目的内部控制体系，进而保证高质量地完成工程目标。本文在结合学习研究和实际工作经验基础上，采用案例研究方法，运用内部控制理论、项目管理理论等知识，针对工程项目阶段性的特点，对工程项目内部控制进行较为系统的研究。首先，第一章阐述了该领域的相关研究背景和研究意义。其次，第二、第三章介绍了内部控制相关理论和我国施工企业工程项目内部控制方面的特点以及现状。接下来两章，本文结合相关内部控制理论和A工程项目在施工过程中的实际数据进行案例分析。分析了A工程项目施工前准备阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段的内部控制现状及问题。并针对A工程项目内部控制存在的问题提出了改进工程项目内部控制的对策建议。
英文摘要：	In the very recent years, many real estate investors and construction enterprises are in the edge of bankruptcy under the impact of the real estate policy. However, with the continuous progress of city development, there is still a long way for developing infrastructure construction. Under such background, survivors of construction enterprises which have good management experience may embrace a great future of development. To survive in such a competitive environment, our enterprises have to continuously keep learning, reforming, and strengthening the internal construction. With the character of large investment and long cycle, the project has run though the whole process various risks the. What’s more, because of lack of effective supervision and management?during the construction of the project, lots of risk factors may lead to all kinds of problems, such as?illegal?bidding, the short of funds, slowly progress, low quality and so on. Therefore, we should enhance the construction management, improve internal management and control system of project companies in order to ensure the high quality of project objectives when it is completed. After combining the theory with practice, adopting the method of case analyze, using internal control?theory and management?theory?knowledge, this article is developed from the perspective of project management of construction, and make a deeper study for the?project internal control system. First of all, in the first chapter, it illustrates some points related the background and significance of this research. Secondly, the second and the third chapter mainly introduce the relevant theories of engineering project about internal control system and the characteristics and status quo of construction enterprises in our country. The next two?chapters are associated?actual data?from project A with a combination of construction process about the?internal?control theory, and make an analysis of some problems presented in pre-implementation, under-construction, and final checking in project A. ?And thus the thesis gives an advice for improving problems of internal control?to?the project in order to achieve a good result.
