中文摘要:摘 要 ABC集团股份有限公司创办于1981年,是一家特大型的国有控股公司,主要以家电为主,辅助信息、通讯等行业、同时在电工产品研发及相应产品的生产销售。集团是消费电子和通信产品业务主要涉及多媒体电子,通讯,家电,信息,电工和零部件六大产业。 互联网时代已经到来,我国家电行业陆续陷入困局。一方面传统业务被搅局者不断侵蚀,另一方面新业务的开展也屡屡受挫。在这种不利的局面下,ABC集团必须进行有效地经营模式的转型—即理论上的“双加”模式,包含 “产品加服务”和“智能加互联网”。这是因为ABC集团清楚地意识到在全球产业链重新洗牌和大调整的趋势进程中,依然坚持守旧的传统的制造性的企业经营模式,不予做出任何的变更,这样ABC集团一定会变成所处产业链的低端制造者,甚至逐步沦落为代工者,从而失去了整个产业链的竞争力。不仅如此,ABC集团在不久的将来还会失去相应的定义权和话语权,其中包括商业模式和盈利模式。 本文研究在综合梳理了相关文献的基础上,采用案例分析、系统分析和SWOT分析等一系列研究方法,对ABC集团的经营模式现状及其面临的产业环境进行了分析。再次得出为争夺入口与用户,建立产品销售即附加优质服务的新型商业模式和互联网化的转型具体方案,其中互联网化主要以O2O公司重构线上和线下业务作为先锋。 本文通过结合ABC集团内部和外部的实际情况并依此进行相关分析,提出了ABC集团现有经营模式所面临的困难和所处的困境,同时建议在新的竞争环境下实施经营模式转型,从而立足于竞争对手之上并初步实现健康良性的发展。而且本文还详细阐述了实施经营模式转型ABC集团所需要的重要途径和保障。  
英文摘要:Abstract ABC group was established by 1981, which was stated-owned company, major focus on household appliances, telecom transportation, information sharing, research and development, as well as selling on self-product. ABC group product are cover internet, telecommunication, appliances, information, electrical and after sales industries. With the arrival of Internet era, the traditional home appliance industry has been in a dilemma. On the one hand, traditional business is constantly eroded by competitors, on the other hand new business suffers from frustration of purpose. Under these circumstances, ABC Group start to undertake business model transformation, namely, Double-plus Strategy. ABC Group realizes that They if they still stick to the traditional business mode of manufacturing, they will lose their power and position on defining and deciding business mode and profit-making mode in the industry in the cycle of global economic recession and at age of re-adjustment of industry chains. This paper uses case study, system analysis and SWOT analysis to illuminate the business model and industry environment of ABC Group on the basis of detailed literature review. Then we give specific measures transform. Firstly, seize entrance and manage customers. Next, establish a new business model that combines product and service. Finally, reconstruct the online business by O2O companies. This paper analyzed the current situation of ABC group’s business model based on its internal and external factors. According to aforementioned analysis, this paper reveals the direction that ABC group must transform its business model to ensure long-term health growth, otherwise would be loss market even disappeared in future. Meanwhile this paper suggest the action plan to protect it how ABC group make it done successfully.
