中文摘要:招商银行被视为中国零售银行业的标杆之一,这家业内领先的商业银行正在经历它自身的重要的转型变革阶段。2004年,对于招商银行来说,是历史性的一次选择,其对自身的业务结构进行了重大调整,把零售业务第一次提到了战略高度,保证发展零售业务作为招商银行经营的战略转型目标,努力跳出传统银行业的业务架构,形成自身特色,从一次转型开始招商银行年复合增长率一直在行业内排名靠前,充分展示了向零售业务转型的强大优势。 然而,第一次转型的增长在2009年出现了转折,尽管存在金融危机的影响,转型期维持了大概五年,在这五年里招商银行的确有非常好的业绩表现,但是随着时间的推移和行业的进步,一次转型的成果基本消失殆尽,2009年招商银行股东净利润仅为182.35亿元,同比下降13.48%,负增长为招商银行带来的是开始思考一次转型后的经营如何继续。随即开展的二次转型为招商银行带来的不是零售业务的再次腾飞,相反,却在内部管理和风险控制上增加筹码,零售产品创新、优质服务水平、核心人才培养都出现了不同程度的问题。本文旨在通过对目前存在的零售业务发展的问题展开阐述,结合国外先进商业银行发展经验,建议招商银行通过自身业务品类的调整,增加零售银行业务的发展投入,持续向零售业务转型。  
英文摘要:Be regarded as one of China's retail banking industry benchmarking of China Merchants Bank, the leading commercial bank is experiencing its own important transition stage. In 2004, China Merchants Bank, is a historic choice, for its own business structure made a major adjustment, the retail business the first referred to the strategic height, to ensure that the development of retail business as China Merchants Bank business strategy transformation target, trying to jump out of the traditional banking business architecture, formed its own characteristics, from the a transformation began to China Merchants Bank compound annual growth rate has been in the industry rankings, fully demonstrated the powerful advantage transformation to retail banking. However, the first transition growth turning point occurred in 2009, despite the impact of the existence of the financial crisis, the transition period lasted about five years, the performance of China Merchants Bank have very good performance in the past five years, but with the passage of time and the progress of the industry, a transformation of the achievements in basic disappear, investment in 2009 bank shareholder net profit of only 18.23 billion yuan, 13.48% year-on-year decline, the negative growth for China Merchants Bank brings is to start thinking about a transformation of business how to continue. Immediately the two transformation of China Merchants Bank does not bring the retail business to take off again, on the contrary, they increase the bargaining chip in the internal management and risk control, the retail product innovation, quality service level, the core talents training are different degrees of problems. This paper aims to present the retail business development problems of it, combined with foreign advanced commercial bank development experience, suggested that China Merchants Bank through its own business category adjustment, increase investment development of retail banking business, continue to the retail business transformation.
