中文摘要:改革开放三十余年,我国市场经济的发展是快速的,其成果也令世界瞩目。我国私营经济中90%以上是家族企业。近些年来,我国家族企业外部市场环境得到了改善,企业效益也在不断增长,为我国经济发展做出了突出贡献,在国民经济体系中的地位显著提高,已经发展成为我国国民经济的一支重要力量。然而我国家族企业的管理水平却没有取得与经济地位相对应的提升。虽然表面看似风光,但真正深入家族企业内部,就会发现许多潜藏在家族企业内部的问题正阻碍着家族企业的进一步发展。家族企业的企业主也十分想寻找到一条有效的途径,来解决自己企业遇到的问题。但是这些企业主忙于企业日常运作,没有时间精力专门深入思索这个问题;而且受自身能力水平限制,光靠自己解决不了家族企业遇到的问题。所以本文希望通过对家族企业的研究并结合我国家族企业的实际情况,给我国家族企业的发展提出实用性建议。本文运用了案例及数量分析等方法,对家族企业进行深入研究,发现我国家族企业的管理提升问题中最关键的就是我国家族企业的制度变革。本文通过搜集家族企业的历史数据以及研究我国家族企业的实际运行情况,结合了西方先进的企业制度变革理论及方法、步骤等,结合我国国情,研究出一条适用于我国家族企业制度变革的道路。通过江苏大宏集团这一比较有代表和实际意义的案例,总结优秀企业的成功经验,寻找家族企业制度变革的科学道路,给予家族企业可持续健康发展一些启示,为我国家族企业整体的制度变革提供科学并切合实际的引导,进一步推动我国家族企业顺利完成制度变革,实现我国家族企业的可持续发展。 
英文摘要:Since the?reform?and?opening-up?policy?was released in?1978, the economic development of Chinese market is rapid, and the results also raise the attention from all over the world. More than 90 percent company is family company in private sector of Chinese economy. In recent years, the external market environment of family business is improved, at the same time, the enterprise’s benefit also grows continuously. It makes outstanding contributions to China's economic development, and improves the position in national economy system as an important force in the national economy. The management level of family enterprises in China did not increase in accordance with economic status. Although it is good from the perspective of outside, the deep part of family enterprise is not like outside. There exist many hidden problem in the family business in the further development of family businesses. The owner of Family business is also want to find an effective way to solve their problems. However, these business owners who are busy with enterprise’s daily operation can not spare times to think deeply about this problem. In terms of the restricted ability, they can not solve the problems of the family business on their own .In this paper, I hope that I can put forward practical suggestions to the development of China's family business, through the study of family enterprise combined with the actual situation of Chinese family enterprises. This thesis make a research with the method of the case analysis and quantity analysis, so as to conduct the management of family enterprises in China and the key to the problem of the institutional change of family enterprises in China. Through collecting the data of history and the actual operation of family enterprises in China, I combine the theory and methods of advanced western enterprise institutional change. It is beneficial to combine western theory with China's national conditions to work out an institutional solution for family enterprises in China. It is significant to study the case of Jiangsu DaHong company, because the case is representative of successful experience of excellent enterprises. It is the scientific way of family enterprise that gives some enlightenment to sustainable healthy development of family enterprises. For the whole system of Chinese family enterprises, it provides scientific and practical guidance for further reform of Chinese family enterprise and system, and realizes the sustainable development of family enterprises in our country.
