中文摘要:当前伴随着整个旅游业的发展,酒店的数量也是逐年增加。特别是外资酒店在中国的发展更是巨大。伴随发展而来的则是人力资源管理上的一个巨大的问题,那就是居高不下的员工高离职率。员工是酒店赖以生存的最基本的因素,也是酒店重要的人力资源。如果酒店一直保持较高的离职率,那么对酒店的日常运营、顾客的满意度及未来的发展都有着不可估量的负面影响。所以,保持酒店良好的离职率,能够吸引并留住人才是酒店的头等大事。 青岛中心假日酒店是由外资投资并邀请洲际集团进行管理的一家酒店。笔者现在该酒店任职,员工离职率较高是酒店现在面对的问题。本文主要是通过对酒店人力资源的现状以及最近3年员工离职的现状和趋势、员工离职的面谈结果分析等等内容来对员工离职的情况进行实证研究,确保帮助酒店的运营和提高酒店竞争力。对于离职原因主要通过对组织内部、外部及员工个人三个方面来分析酒店员工离职的影响因素。最后根据这几个影响因素,在青岛中心假日酒店选取了一定比例的人群,进行了调查问卷和访谈的形式来进行研究,最终提出酒店可以用降低员工流失率的方法。  
英文摘要:With the development of tourism industry, more and more hotels especially international hotels have been settled in China, accompanied by human resource pressure that is high turnover. Manning is the basic factor of daily operation and meanwhile it is the most important asset for hotel. High turnover not only got negative impact for guests’ satisfaction and daily operation but also threats the potential hotel business. Therefore keeping a virtuous turnover and then holding talents is the top priority in hotel operation. Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre is a hotel that managed by intercontinental hotel group. At present high turnover is the issue for hotel management team. This paper aims to find effective ways to reduce turnover and make sure hotel operation and positive competitiveness. It will involve last 3 years separation tendency and exit interview analysis to show the top leaving reason. And then do questionnaires and face-to-face interview for current employee to get more evidences to test the aim.
