中文摘要:随着公司的发展,相应问题也随之而来。首先是人的问题,公司小,工资待遇不高,人员流动频繁,往往越是有能力的员工流失率越高,而且给公司带来的伤害和损失也越大,因为他不仅仅带走了技术和经验,还有客户,乃至成为你竞争对手的合作伙伴或直接成为你的竞争对手。其次,由于业务扩展,资金压力极大,作为弱势群体的中小企业,资信低,融资渠道有限,为解决资金问题,不可避免地加大了资金使用成本。另外,就是管理水平问题,创业者本身就是管理者,同时也是大业务员,甚至需要的时候还是技术调试员,这样工作,难免顾此失彼,陷入应付工作的漩涡里不能自拔。这就是本文作者作为创业者的工作现状,这种状况,且不说企业发展前景,就是能让公司存在着,已经是很不容易了。天津贝尔达电子系统有限公司(以下简称为天津贝尔达),成立于1998年,现有员工28人,主要业务是为厂房及大型办公建筑提供消防报警设备和售后服务。早期的业务范围以天津市为主,已完成项目包括:天津凯悦酒店、滨江大酒店及滨江购物中心、海信广场、天津宾馆、南开大学的数学楼、实验楼、商学院等五、六十座建筑。经过十几年的发展,业务范围扩展至河南、新疆;行业包括电力及公建项目;业务包括智能化系统集成和消防报警设备供应及售后服务。中小消防企业的发展,既需要技术创新,又要求制度创新,强调企业内部的细化管理,同时加强企业文化建设,从而为企业的可持续发展,打下坚实基础。本文通过对上述问题的探讨、分析与研究,结合竞争战略理论、中小企业创业管理理论,企业外部、内部环境分析,试图找出症结所在。为企业的进一步发展设计可行之路,为分析研究消防产品行业中的中小企业发展规律,提供可资借鉴的案例。 关键词:竞争战略 消防 中小企业发展 
英文摘要:Abstract With the rapid development of China’s cities and economy, the demand of the whole society Fire Protection is generally enhancing and the awareness of people’s fire protection is slowly strengthening. The business of Chinese Fire Protection is holding the enormous development opportunity. As one member of Fire Protection enterprises- Britenic(Tianjin) Electronic System Co., Ltd. is facing more opportunities as well as huge challenging in the intense competition. This paper aims to study how to seek for the strategic mode suitable for the development of the company. and to provide valuable references for those whom are seeking the opportunity to develop their business. Meanwhile it is also hoped that this text can provide a reference for the development of other Fire Protection firms. Britenic(Tianjin) Electronic System Co., Ltd which was established in 1998.It is the main kind of the business that was included the products of Fire control system and smart building system in Tianjin districts. Most of the projects are marked building, such as Renaissance hotel, Hai xin palaza and nankai university etc. Through using the modern strategic management theories, the paper told some systematic ways of development strategy about Britenic(Tianjin) Electronic System Co., Ltd. This text, in terms of strategy, not only analyzed the present development of fire business and its trends, but also the strategy of Chinese Fire Protection business. At the same time, it analyzed the external environment condition of the company From the respects, such as politics and laws, economy, technology, social Environment and trade, etc. Analyzed about the inside condition of Britenic(Tianjin) Electronic System Co., Ltd & summarized the company’s strengths and weaknesses in organizational management, personnel resources management, marketing, etc. Finally, the contribution of the paper is that puts forwards development strategy of Britenic(Tianjin) Electronic System Co., Ltd. after analyzed the external and internal condition of the company carefully, and some strategic measures based on the characteristics of the company.
