中文摘要：	自我国加入WTO以来，经济全球化的进程逐步加快，市场竞争日趋激烈。随着时间的推移，我国的进口关税、许可证、配额限制等传统保护性政策和措施，都将随着过渡期的结束而进一步地降低或取消，企业将直接面对世界各国对手的激烈竞争。随着企业参与国际竞争的逐步深入，制定符合顾客需求的高质量产品标准已成为企业赢得并站稳市场的有效手段和发展趋势。标准是科学技术与生产实践相结合的科技成果，是新产品研发项目的技术依据，尤其是产品标准在充分体现市场和顾客需求时，不仅可提高研发产品的质量和竞争力，而且是保证项目研发质量的前提和基础。本文以项目质量管理的理论和方法为基础，结合案例公司的高铁研发项目，阐述了高端紧固件研发项目中产品标准制定的独特性，根据独特性，确定产品标准制定的质量导向并展开顾客需求的调研，制定研发项目各个阶段的产品标准输入和输出。然后，综合运用QFD、门径法、需求跟踪矩阵等质量保证方法将顾客需求融入到产品标准中，制定研发项目的产品标准，保证产品质量符合顾客需求。接着结合案例，分析了高铁高端紧固件研发项目产品标准制定过程中的关键质量特性。最后得出本文的研究结论：在高铁高端紧固件研发项目中，通过采用QFD、门径法、需求跟踪矩阵等质量保证方法对产品标准的制定进行管理，可有效提高产品标准的质量，保证研发的产品符合顾客的实际需求；可大大减少产品研发过程中的失误，加快研发速度，缩短研发周期，降低研发成本。本文的创新点在于综合运用多种项目质量保证方法，对紧固件研发项目的产品标准制定进行管理研究。通过分析研究，能够对案例企业的研发项目管理起到一定的指导作用，也为其他基础零部件企业研发项目的产品标准制定管理提供一定的借鉴经验。关键词：产品标准项目质量管理质量保证紧固件
英文摘要：	Since China joined WTO, the economic globalization has developed rapidly and the market competition has gradually intensified. As time goes by, some Chinese traditional protective policies and measures, such as import tax, license, quota, etc, have been reduced or cancelled step by step, so enterprises will directly face up to the serious competition against the worldwide rivals. Nowadays, as enterprises participate in the international competition more deeply, preparing high-quality product standard conforming to customer requirements has become the effective means and developing trend for winning market by enterprise. Standard is the scientific and technological achievement combining science and technology with production practice, and the technical base of new product developing project, especially the product standard, when embodies the market and customer requirements, not only can improve the quality and competitiveness of developing products, but also is the precondition and basis of ensuring project quality. This thesis is on the base of theory and means of project quality management, integrating with the high-speed railway developing project of the company analyzed in the paper, states the unique characteristics of product standard preparation in high-quality fastener developing project, according to the unique characteristics, defines the quality-oriented product standard preparation, carries out the investigation of customer requirement and makes the product standard input and output of each stage of developing project. The thesis also demonstrates how to comprehensively apply quality assurance means，such as Quality Function Deployment, Stage-Gate System and Requirement Trace Matrix, to integrating customer requirements into product standard to prepare product standard, makes sure the product quality in conformity with customer requirements. Then, the thesis introduces the company case, analyzes some key quality characteristics in the course of product standard preparation of high-end fastener developing project. Finally, the thesis concludes that for high-speed railway high-end fastener developing project, to manage the product standard preparation by some methods of quality assurance, such as Quality Function Deployment, Stage-Gate System and Requirement Trace Matrix, can effectively improve the quality of product standard and ensure the developed product quality conforming to the customer actual requirements; can greatly reduce the errors in product development, expedite the developing speed, shorten the developing time and decrease the developing cost.. The novel point of this thesis is to research the management of product standard preparation in fastener developing project with comprehensive application of project quality assurance means. Through analysis and research, the thesis can have some positive effect on the developing project management of the company analyzed in the thesis, and also can provide some reference for other basic component enterprises.
