中文摘要：	伴随着中国经济自1978年改革开放以来快速增长，1990年中国股票市场的诞生，标志着中国资本市场迈出了一个时代的步伐。因此，私募证券基金公司也迎合的时代的脚步出现，但是随着近年来我国不断加快对外开放的步伐，私募证券基金公司发展步伐开始有所停滞不前，深入分析后其运营模式是造成这一现象的根本原因。 在这样的背景下，本文首先详细阐述了私募证券基金行业国内外的发展历程，伴随着国外发达国家私募证券基金行业的发展历程，同时引入了该领域的专家对私募证券基金运作模式的鲜明的观点，结合国内外私募证券基金运作模式的成功经验和理论，提炼出私募证券基金成功运作模式的内涵，并对其包括的六个方面进行详细的阐述。如目标客户、基金的开放、组织形式、投资策略、盈利模式、风控措施等。其后，将AB私募证券基金公司的运作模式进行阐述，与上述的主流成功的运作模式进行对比，肯定优点的同时，也找出了存在的问题，并深入分析了导致这种问题的原因。并提出了详细的改进措施。并对改进思路的可行性和必要性进行了说明。其次，上述提出的改进措施，阐述了具体的实施方案，并做出了简单的分析评价。最终证明了成功的运作模式是私募证券基金成功发展的根本的结论。 最后说明了本文研究中存在的不足，以及未来对该行业研究的展望。不足之处在于本文并没有对私募证券基金行业的法律法规问题进行研究和分析，因为法律法规也是该行业发展的重要方面，未来将会进行详细的分析，同时展望未来私募证券基金行业将会越来越得到国家的重视和扶持，该行业也将会不断地创新发展。
英文摘要：	Along with the Chinese economy since the reform and opening up policy in 1978 the rapid growth, was born in 1990 Chinese stock market, marking the China capital market has made a pace. Therefore, the private securities investment fund company also caters to the pace of the times, but as in recent years, China is accelerating the pace of opening to the outside world, the pace of development of the private securities investment fund companies begin to remain stagnant, in-depth analysis of its operation mode is the root cause of this phenomenon. Under this background, this paper firstly expounds the development process of private securities investment fund industry at home and abroad, along with the development of foreign developed countries the private securities investment fund industry, while the introduction of experts in the field of distinctive views on the mode of operation of private equity funds, combining the successful experience and theory of domestic and foreign private equity fund operation mode the private securities investment fund, to extract the successful mode of operation of the connotation, and elaborated on six aspects including. Such as the target customer, fund open, forms of organization, investment strategy, profit model, wind control measures. Subsequently, the operation mode of AB private securities investment fund company to carry on the elaboration, operation mode and the mainstream success compared to certain advantages but also points out the existing problems, and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem. And put forward the improvement measures in detail. And the feasibility and the necessity of improvement ideas are described. Secondly, the improvement measures mentioned above, explains the specific implementation plan, and made a brief analysis and evaluation. The ultimate proof of successful operation mode is the basic conclusion of the successful development of private equity funds. Finally, to illustrate the shortcomings in this study, and the prospect of future research on the industry.
