| 中文摘要: | 改革开放后,中国的房地产市场逐步活跃起来,我国房地产市场随着国民经济的迅猛发展,住房、工业、商业用房的需求日益增加,我国的房地产市场实现了从无到有并日渐发展成熟。目前,房地产行业已经逐步演变到一个以企业为主体、市场为导向、社会资金为依托、以配套建设为中心的综合开发阶段。行业逐渐由资本密集型转变为知识密集型,各大企业面临一场关于人才的竞争。出台房地产的新政策无疑加快了房地产业的重新洗牌,更多的企业都达成共识,增强企业核心竞争力,必然需要打造良好品牌形象,建设专业化团队,致力于提高企业管理水平,尤其是人力资源管理水平,以使之不沦为企业管理中的短板。 企业管理者将营销理念移植入企业内部,致力于打造营销导向的管理叫做内部营销,它是一种从营销角度实施人力资源管理的哲学。如何把内部营销融入到人力资源管理模式,将成为解决企业人力资源管理现实问题的关键,进而实现管理突破,提高企业服务理念,使企业赢得竞争优势。 本文根据人力资源管理概念及内部营销概念、发展进程、理念等,将内部营销理论与人力资源管理进行嫁接、再造,形成人力资源管理的新理念。结合理论及案例分析,以DT集团作为研究对象,通过对DT集团人力资源现状全面的分析和评价,以内部营销型人力资源管理制度平台的改变,调整DT集团人力资源管理体系,将DT集团人力资源管理体系重新定位,让人力资源管理真正为企业发展做出无可替代的贡献,成为有价值的一部分。 希望通过对DT集团的分析研究,可以为我国房地产行业进一步完善人力资源管理系统及企业品牌塑造带来现实的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China's real estate market is gradually established after the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the national economy over the same period, city for Residences, Commercial and Industrial properties requirements continue to grow, China's real estate market has experienced a gradual development from scratch and this maturation process.
